"You know what, Kion? I think I know the deal with your rejuvenation." Bunga said while eating some bugs. It was the next morning. The Night Pride is resting and the Day Guard just finished their patrol. 

"Yeah? What is it?"

"I think,  I think you're kind of an idiot."

Kion looked at Bunga with a confused face. "Uh, what?"

"Because it's been like a few months since we defeated Makucha's army, and gave up our roles as members of the Lion Guard. And you even became king of this pride."

"So what does this have to do with me being an idiot?"

"Well ever since you because king, you've been busy a lot. Even Queen Rani. Don't you think you guys should give some time for yourselves? And maybe relax for a bit? Especially you Kion. Since you two have been doing everything but that?"

Kion turned to look at the Tree of Life, which is still suffering from all the toxic liquid coming out of its roots. "Ruling this land is a big responsibility, Bunga. And when we did try to relax, that got interrupted by my long-lost brother."

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that. But otherwise, I really think you should think about yourself instead of like that guy in the middle of the forest or whatever."

Kion's eyes lit up. "Oh yeah, I almost forgot about him-"

"Kion, no. Don't start planning something for that guy." Bunga said while putting is hand on Kion's mouth.

"But he can give us a big advantage! He's a really good fighter! Maybe as good as Kopa!"

"Kion, that guy is insane! He was the skills to kill! Don't you remember the times that he used his fighting skills on us!?"

"Well, yeah. There was that one time with Surak, where they almost killed each other."

"Yup."

"There was that one time with you, where he almost killed you."

"Oh don't worry! I remember that time."

"There was that time where he almost pooped on Ono."

"Where was I for that one?" Bunga chuckled.

"My point being is so that we could actually agree on something without having a fight break out. And maybe, for once, he'd actually, listen?"

Bunga slapped himself in the face. "I'm not changing your mind. Am I?"

"I gotta try."

Bunga looked around. "Could I at least, watch?"

"Watch?"

Moments later, Kion was walking down the forest leading to the most dry place at the Tree of Life.

"Don't worry Kion! If Tau tries to beat you up, I'll be watching from over here!" Bunga said while hiding in a bush.

"So you can provide backup?"

"Uh, sure."

Kion rolled his eyes. "Thanks... Bunga." 

"Good luck!"

Tau is a lion who came to the Tree of Life during the six-month timeskip. He used to be part of a different pride, similar to the Tree of Life. Except more violent. Wars would happen often, and of course, death would occur. Tau was a warrior that fought very well, and others would adore his strengths. Once, Tau got separated from his pride during a war. He couldn't find them anywhere, and he was left with himself and his power from that point on.
