A year later

"This will be our rose, ok? The moment it dies is the day I'll come back. I'm sorry baby, but I have to go." She cried as tears fell down her cheeks.  She reached her hand up to wipe mine as she stroked my jaw.

She looked into my eyes deeply as I felt broken.

Who knows when that rose is gonna die.

She kissed my jaw lightly as she brought her forehead to mine.

"I love you desire." She whispered.

I sighed shakily as I mustered the courage to talk.

"I love you too billie."

Her eyes sparkled as she still gazed upon mine.

A grin played at her pink lips as her eyes raids with millions of emotions.

Her eyebrows furrow up as she bit her lip.

"Good." She said as she brought me in a kiss.

My senses became alert as I kissed her.

As it always did.

The difference is this time it enhanced more.

Like they knew this was gonna be my last kiss from Billie for a while.

I creased my eyebrows as I tried to take in every detail of the kiss.

Her lips, as soft as clouds.

Her tongue, as wild as the wilderness.

Her grip on my neck held the dominance I knew I would never forget.

I knew I would never forget her.

A tear fell as recognition hits me.

I won't be able to kiss her anymore.

I won't be able to hold her, to see her smile.

To feel her touch as she caresses me at night.

To feel the love radiating off her body as she looks at me adoringly.

I won't be able to wipe her tears as she spills her emotions to me.

What if she finds someone else?

She backed away from the kiss as she wiped my tears as her own fell out her eyes.

I carefully raised my hand to wipe at her cheek gently.

A look of sorrow etched upon my face.

"Promise me you won't forget about me. Or find someone else" I whispered to her softly.

She looked at me confused.

"Never. I'll be back as soon as the rose dies." She said softly but reassuringly.

"As soon as it does you'll be back in my arms." She smiled.

It then turned down into a frown.

"But for now, my love, I have to go. For the safety of you desire. For the safety of us."

This triggered me.

"No billie! There is no us in danger. It's me and I told you that you didn't have to do this. I would rather slave by the witches side than be away from you!" I semi yelled at her as my eyes once again filled with tears.
