Soldierre decided it would be okay to go out in her pajamas, seeing as they looked how she normally dressed. Red and black plaid pants and a black band shirt. She put her Adidas on and pulled a jacket over her T-shirt and left. She texted Ethan, “Are you already there?” and he replied almost immediately. “Yes.” She got a weird feeling. Ethan never said "yes" over text. He always said "Yea" or "Yup" or something like that. “What a weirdo..” She mumbled. She arrived at the park after a few minutes of walking, her house being fairly close to this small park. She saw Ethan already at the tree they usually met at. “Yo, Ethano!!” She said. Ethan turned around and grinned a little. “Hey, Chipmunk,” He said. She folded her arms. “Chipmunk” was the nickname Ethan had picked because when they were little, Soldierre had picked up a baby squirrel thinking it was a chipmunk and the mother squirrel attacked her. “So, you psychopath, why'd you need me here at now,” she checked her phone, “2:55 AM?” “Well,” Ethan started, “School's been rough-” “MY GOD YOU'RE GONNA SHOOT UP THE SCHOO-” “No! I'm not gonna do that! Let me finish!” Ethan said after Soldierre rudely interrupted him. “School's been rough, Mom and Papà aren't paying attention to me anymore, my little brother hates me, and I.. I was kicked off the baseball team.” Ethan says. “That's not it. I know Yvette's been cheating on me with some kid named Jay and it's annoying as hell. My dog died, and life is just Hell on Earth for me,” he sighs. Soldierre's face said she was just confused. “Wh- I- Excuse me- WHAT?!?!” She exclaimed. “Why in the WORLD would you get kicked off the baseball team?! You're their best player! They're definitely gonna fail this season because you were the only thing KEEPING them from failing!” She sighs. “Also, Yvette cheating was expected. Why the hell did you even like her?” Soldierre asked. “Well, Chipmunk, I didn't.” He pat her head. “I really didn't. She was just gonna do something bad to you and I couldn't let that happen.” “Oh really? What exactly was she gonna do?” “She was gonna tell the whole school of the 'Chipmunk incident'.” Ethan stutters. “How dare she! I could never live if she told the school about that!” She said sarcastically, putting her hand on her forehead, striking a dramatic pose. “Now really, what was she gonna do?” She looks into his eyes. Ethan sighs. “She was gonna shred the picture you have of your Mamà. And the pictures of your brothers.” Soldierre froze, eyes widen. “I would tear her heart out of her body if she did that. And you know I'm not joking.” “And you called ME a psychopath!” Ethan said.

“Well, I thought you were gonna shoot up the school!” Soldierre says. “I said I wasn't going to! You JUST threatened to tear Yvette's heart out of her body!” Ethan argues. “Soldierre, I know those pictures mean the world to you-” “Yes, Ethan, they do! They're the last things I have of my Mamà and brothers and I will fight for them!” Soldierre sighs. Ethan also sighs. “Anyways, I wanted to know if you'd run away with me.”
