-Michael-
"You think this is wise?"
"Do you have any other ideas brother?"
"This wasn't my first idea, that's for sure."
"Did you even have an idea, to begin with, Michael?" Gabriel asks looking over at me.
"I'm a bit insulted but no. I didn't have an idea." I answer honestly.
"I didn't think so. This might be our only way to find where this Amelia Fairchild is." Gabriel tells me.
"Why are you helping me, brother? If this is my punishment, then wouldn't you get into trouble as well?" I ask already knowing the answer.
"Yes, but you're my big brother who never does things without a reason. So, if I do get into trouble as well then so be it." Gabriel tells me.
"That's nonsense you speak of! You shouldn't talk like that." I tell him sternly.
"I know." Gabriel says as he turns back towards the cave.
This cave is where everyone avoids like a plague. Lucifer even avoids this cave, it's the home of the Oracle. It's just like the seers, like the Fates, like Destiny. It can see all except unlike the seers it can only see what has already happened. Unlike the Fates who only see our lifespan and Destiny who can only see everyone's soul mates. The Oracle doesn't just see things that had already happened, it can see prophecies which we haven't had in a very long time. The Oracle is just as freaky as the seers, and you definitely don't want to mess with them.
"I don't think this is wise brother. The Oracle isn't stable." I tell him as we slowly walk inside.
"It will be fine brother. We got each other back." Gabriel tells me.
The darkness consumed us as we walked deeper into the cave, as it felt like it goes on and on forever. I glanced at my brother as I don't understand how this tiny cave can be so big until suddenly we both fell what seems to be a hole. We fell through and landed in cold water. It wasn't very deep, but deep enough where the fall didn't really hurt us. We looked around at the now bigger space that's filled with light, but the light is blue and it's coming from tiny blue crystals. They hung around the cave as if this was a fairytale cave, but we knew better. We then hear something moving and we both quickly looked over to see it. The Oracle. It's taller than us with a serpentine tail and scales up its arms and across its chest. Its nose is flatten something like the seers, but its mouth isn't sewn like one, it can very well talk but has tiny sharp teeth with bright yellow eyes. It has long white hair that covers its chest as it comes closer to us with a wide smirk.
"Guessst? I haven't had guessst in a long time." It hissed.
We watch it as it moved through the shadows and come back out through the light, and it's gender changed from a woman to a male. It came closer to us as it observed us with that same wide smirk.
"What bringsss you Angelsss here?" It hissed.
"We come for guidance." I tell it not leaving my eyes off of it.
"I sssee." It hissed.
"Will you help?" I ask.
"Dependsss. What do I get in return?" It hissed still with that wicked smirk.
"What do you require?" I ask taking a step back as it slithered closer to me.
"I want company. It getsss rather lonely down here." It hissed staring at me.
"You eat your company do you not?" I ask crossing my arms.
"I get very hungry assss well. What do you expect?" It hissed slithering through the shadows again.
