Ok so heres chapter 2 . I took you guys advice and ill try to make it better but it is what it is :)

"Oh my god !" She screamed, holding up the sketch book and pencils that I got her. All I could do was smile as she hugged me. For some reason I never wanted the hug to end.

I screamed and jumped around yelling "Oh my god!" i looke at him with the biggest smile on my face as I hugged him. I could smell strawberries on him. It was his favorite smell.
Mom took another picture of us hugging.
"Mom really?!" I exclaimed giving her an annoyed look. If she take one more picture I swear im gonna snap.
It got quiet after that.It was actually awkward.

Luke broke the silence.
"Hey, uh,mrs.Benson? Can I take Anna with me to my band neeting later?"
He asked nervously. Usually he's not that shy about talking to mom.I looked at mom,then back up at luke. He was bitting his lip.
"I guess if youll be with her there's no problem with that." she said calmly and walked away.
"What was that?!' I said.He just laughed and rolled his eyes. He's so wierd. I guess that's one of the reasons we get along so well.
"When is your band meeting ? " I asked him.
" In like,half an hour." He said running his hand through his blond hair.I looked down at my feet , which still had my fuzzy pink slippers on them.I felt my cheeks get hot.
"Uh...I'm gonna go get changed. Wait here!" Said rushing up the stairs to my room to the closet. I opened it and picked out a red shirt and my cut off shorts with the cute bird design on the back pocket.Then I went into my bath room and quickly took a shower.
{10 minutes later}
I ran down the stairs and went to the shoe shelf by the door. My dad built it for me when i was little. But I don't like to think about him too much.
Anyway , I threw on my black VANS and went out onto the front porch where he was sitting on the flower patterened porch swing.
"Are you ready now, or should I take a nap? " he joked as he got up and headed toward his car.I just rolled my eyes and followed him and got in the passenger seat.
