A/N: The video below features the track "Revenge" by Danny Elfman. I put this here just so you could feel the vibe of this chapter. Plus this edit features the wrestling suit you guys wear :)

You run into an alley, discarding your sweater. You pull out your mask and put it on, before you launch yourself on the wall and start climbing.

You make it to the roof and start leaping onto rooftops, trying to make it to 5th Avenue as quickly as you can.

You make it to the edge of a building, and see police cars pursuing a vehicle down the road.

You remember your webs, and your attempt to swing a couple weeks before.

You shoot a web at the side of the building across, and are ready to begin swinging. You jump, and start doing it.

Before you can hit the building in front of you, you shoot another web from your left hand onto another building, which pulls you in the other direction.

You repeat this process, until you're swinging down the road at a high speed.

The shooter's car is in front of you, and you leap onto the roof of the vehicle.

You punch into the car, trying to grab the shooter's face.

He shoots his gun upwards trying to kill you, but each bullet misses you.

The shooter made a hard right, and ran into a newsstand. Papers flew everywhere but you still had your grasp on the car.

The shooter soon lost control of the car, and was about to drive into the gate of a warehouse. You jump off the car before the impact.

You were sticking to the side of the warehouse wall as you watched the shooter quickly run into the building. Cop cars weren't far behind.

You go into the building through an open window.

You were following the man as he looked over his shoulder every few seconds. You know he is paranoid.

???: Who's there?! Come out!

You start climbing on the ceiling, and the man shoots in your direction once he hears a noise.

The man bolts to the door.

He tries to open it, but it won't budge. You take this time to run up and grab him.

You crash his face against the nearby window, and then toss him against the pillar nearby.

He gets up and pulls out his gun. He fires three bullets at you but you dodge each one. You kick the firearm out of his hand and then use your other leg to kick him against the wall.

The man seems defeated. You walk up to him and take off your mask.

???: Don't hurt me! Just give me a chance!

You: What about my uncle?! Did you give him a chance?!

You pin him to the wall. You want to kill him. There's nothing stopping you from strangling him, breaking his neck, or tossing him out the window.

But you remember what your uncle said. You have the power to do what you want. Were you going to use yours to kill this man?

You didn't want to become that kind of person.

You let the man go, and look at him.

Suddenly, the man takes a knife out and tries to stab you. But you grab his hand and break his wrist, making him let go of the knife.

You punch him hard in the face, which knocks him out cold.

The police were coming up the stairs, and they were going to show up soon. This was your time to flee, the authorities will handle the shooter.

~~~
You make it back to your house, wearing the same sweater you ditched in the alleyway. The cops are gone, and the house looks like how it was when you first left to the wrestling match.
You enter the house, and see your aunt sitting on the couch.
Aunt: Where the hell have you been?
You stammered.
You: I...I-
Aunt: You didn't even think to call?! The Watsons didn't know where you went either!
You could see that your aunt was going to start crying sooner than later.
Aunt: What if something happened to you too?! Then I'd be here...with nobody! I would've lost everything....
She began crying as you expected.
You went to hug her, and began crying yourself.
You: I didn't know how to react...I should've been here before that man came...so I could've stopped him! I'm sorry...
The both of you embraced, reflecting on the tragedy that has just occurred.
~~~

{Two Weeks Later}

You were in your room, crying.

The funeral was just a few hours ago, and you thought seeing your uncle being buried would give some kind of closure.

But you just couldn't forget him, you still felt as if you let him down somehow.

Your aunt comes into your room, and sits down beside you.

You: I miss him so much...

Aunt: I miss him too...but I know he was there, watching.

You: I just feel like I didn't get to properly say goodbye. I think of all those times with him where I wish I could've said something different.

Aunt: You loved him, and he loved you. He always knew you'd be destined for great things. You won't disappoint him.

You simply nodded, and your aunt gave you a kiss on the cheek before leaving the room.

You get up, and take out a chest from under your bed. You open it.

It contains the costume you made for the wrestling match, and under it was your sketchbook with the other costume prototype ideas.

You flip the pages until you reach the sketch of the costume you've been really intrigued about. You look at it.

You hear your uncle's words in your head.

With great power comes great responsibility.

You know what you had to do. You don't want another person to feel what you've felt. You don't want a kid to lose their loved one. You wanted to protect them from people like the shooter.

You had the power to do so.

With that power...you are going to be the hero the city needs.

You wonder though...what will you call yourself?
