Into The Fire

{The Next Day}

Electro and Vulture seemed to be laying low. You don't know why they chose to yesterday, but they decided to appear in the middle of the day. You got a report that they were at a power plant near the coast of South Harlem.

THWIP!

You're swinging down Bloomingdale, when suddenly your spider sense goes off. You get wrapped in wire and are quickly dragged away. You look up and see Vulture carrying you by the wire.

You: Hey, Toomes! Long time no see!

Vulture doesn't respond and continues flailing you around. You hit billboards and the sides of buildings as he transports you. He makes it to the power plant, where Electro awaits. Vulture tosses you onto a railing.

Electro: Time to finish the job!

He charges his hands and blasts an electric current at you. You quickly break out of the wire and leap away. You stick to the side of a building, then jump off to engage in combat.

Electro shoots his bolts and Vulture tries to attack using his sharp wings as the three of you fight in midair.

Electro: Teamwork's beautiful, ain't it? Helping you reach those unattainable goals...like killing Spider-Man!

You dodge a bolt and web-zip onto him. You start punching him but leap off before he can shock you.

You: That was almost heart-warming, Ben. You really grew in prison, didn't you?

Once again, Electro grows angry at the mention of his real name. He flies over to a generator and begins charging up. He starts shooting larger bolts out of his hands, but you shoot two impact webs at his generator, blowing it up.

Electro: Argh! Vernon, you're up!

Electro flies upwards, and you see Vulture soaring down towards you. You dodge his attack and swing up.

Vulture: Our feud ends tonight, insect!

You: It's arachnid! My God...

You zip onto him and get on his back. He begins swerving to get you off of him, but you cause Vulture to crash into a railing.

You: What happened to you, V? You used to be a normal engineering professor! We could've shared ideas!

Vernon begins remembering his wife, who's still sick. He blames you for stopping him from getting the money for her.

Vulture: Desperate times!

Vulture swipes his wings at you and slashes the side of you abdomen.

You: Argh!

You make some distance between you and Vulture. Suddenly, Electro re-enters the fight and shoots a bolt at you. You get electrocuted and are propelled into the side of a building.

You stick to the wall, webbing up yet another wound. You jump off and re-enter the right.

You: Gotta be honest, I liked it better when you two were loners.

Vulture shoots small blades from his wings at you, but you dodge them. You shoot a web at one of the blades and swing it back toward him, hitting him.

Vulture: Argh!

You starts shooting multiple webs at him, incapacitating him enough to zip onto his back. You punch into the panel of his wing-suit, and pull out the wires. Vulture starts descending, and he crashes down onto a van below. He's knocked unconscious.
