Chapter 7

All at once my senses slam back to life within me in one simultanious movement.
The first thing I notice is the sterile smell that wafts into my nose making me want to gag.
Then theres the soft plush fabric that is engulfing my body. But my sight doesnt return to me?
As my brain picks up speed I everything from the wolf to the strange memory that filled my slumber but nothing before or after that.
I remember blacking out undoubtedly from wolfboy but I don't remember what Connor and I were talking or more acuratly arguing about.
Could I be dead?
But I rule that out pretty quickly as Light streams through my eyelashes.
So unless heaven looks like a docters office than I'm still among the living.
My gaze sweeping the room, I realize that what I'm laying on is infact a twin bed stationed inside yet another tent surrounded by medical supplies and I.V bags.
Sitting to my left is an unconcious Lilly
To my right a door that is unguarded
Perfect!
Slipping out of the bed carefully I notice I'm still wearing my usual clothes, even my shoes are still on.
Tip-toeing over to the door I take one look back and with a deep breath run through the door.
Of course because hoping to escape is too much to ask for I slam right into the chest of an amused looking Aaron.
"I was just..looking for.. Uh?" I try desperately but when no words follow Aaron cuts in "A way to escape?" He asks raising his eyebrows.
Frowning I let out a huff of air "why am I even here?!"
Rolling his eyes, he looks over my shoulder to lilly and I attempt to run past him through the door but he catches my arm and yanks me back locking my arms behind me.
Lilly stirs suddenly and yawns opening her eyes.
She immediately jumps up "Omg I'm so sorry I should have stayed awake!" she apoligizes
Aaron looks annoyed and shoves me over to Lilly.
Shaking his head he turns to walk out throwing a "Keep you eyes open" over his shoulder.
Lilly lets out a breath and stares at my blank expression.
"How do you feel?" She asks
When she doesn't get a response she frowns. "Sorry about Chase giving you heart attack by shifting infront of you.
I raise an eyebrow and give her a onceover "So are you a wolf too?"
"Yes" she says cautiously
"Are they all wolves?" I ask already knowing what her response will be.
She nods waiting for a reaction.
"You're not going to faint again are you?" She asks.
"No" I pause before continuing "Why did you bring me here?"
