Seriously you guys are the best ;) so my next chapter probably won't be updated for at least a week and a half due to winter break and all but if I can I will get it up sooner.
Again Merry Christmas to everyone and if you don't celebrate Christmas then Happy Kwanza/Hanakuh and happy holidays!
Enough rambling, on with the chapter :)

CHAPTER 11: SAFE HAVEN

Huge wolf....
A gigantic black wolf stands in front of me baring its teeth. He snarls at me and stalks forward as I stumble back.
There's no mistaking this guy as real wolf and I'm positive that he's a werewolf. I think I would have liked it a heck of a lot better if he were a real wolf.
I'm about to make a run for it when I trip over a twig and like the clutz I am I go toppling to the ground.
Just great.
The wolf makes a noise that sounds half way between a growl and a cough and it takes like a second to realize he's probably laughing at me.
A burst of anger lights through me and I stand up glaring at the wolf.
"If that's you Aaron knock it off!" I yell pissed that he would scare me like that.
Then I remember that I just ran away and he probably had to go all wolf on me or whatever to find me.
The wolf looks puzzled for a moment as he stares at me. His wide green eyes are glowing orbs and them alone has me remembering why I flipped in the first place.
I'm frozen to the spot on the ground and suddenly a huge branch hits the wolf in the back.
Whoa, did I do that?
The wolf snarls and jumps on me pinning my shoulders into the dirt.
I let out a scream momentarily forgetting that I'm supposed to be in stealth mode right now.
Well darn it. There goes my escape plan! Now Connor's whole pack knows where I am.
His paw muffles my yelp and his claws dig into my face. Tears stream openly down my face as the pain radiates through me in waves.
He snaps his jaws and growls ferousiously staring at me with pure hatred.
He was going to kill me and there was nothing I could do about it. I try again to lift another branch but nothing moves.
Of course when I need it the most my powers flake on me.
Before I can come to terms with death,suddenly out of the trees a grey wolf leaps into the air and knocks the much larger black one off of me.
I let out another scream as his paw rakes across my cheek in the process.
That was going to leave its mark.
The new wolf was remarably quicker than the black one and each time the black one made a move it would dart out of the way and strike its own attack.
However the black wolf was definitely bigger than the grey one by at least a foot. Standing up I had only come to about the black wolf's shoulder.
Newbie was snarling and snapping his teath at the black wolf and trying his best to keep him on the floor.
