Total Drama Island/Action [Gwen x OC]

Prologue

Lukas's POV

I was folding my clothes to fit into my backpack just in case my audition tape was accepted.

I heard a knock on my room door. I rolled my eyes, and continued to fold my clothes. I heard someone attempting to twist the locked door knob.

"Lukas, I know you're in there. You can't lock your room from the outside." My older brother, Adrian said.

I grumbled under my breath and put the shirt that I was folding down on my bed. I unlocked the door and opened it then sat back down on my bed.

"Morning Luke." My brother greeted.

"Morning." I respond, picking back up the shirt that I was folding.

"You seem busy this morning. What are you doing anyway?"

"Packing." I simply answer.

"What are you running away from home or something?" He raised an eyebrow.

"No."  I firmly answered.

"Oh, is it for that audition thing that you were telling me about? I forgot what it was called. That island thing."

"Yeah. Spot on."

"Well maybe this island thing might be a good idea. I mean with how things went with Ashley, maybe you'll find another babe." My brother chuckled.

It's the idiotic stuff like this that makes me wish I was an only child. I swear, 75% of the stuff this guy says is stuff that annoys me.

"Why would you say something like that?" I glared.

"Bro, chill it was just a joke, man." Adrian put his hands up with a small chuckle.

"This discussion is over, get out of my room."

"Aw, come on. Don't take it seriously."

"Are you gonna leave or am I gonna have to throw you out?"

"Alright! Alright, I'm leaving." He backed up and shut the door.

I locked my door and grumpily flopped down on my bed. I picked up another shirt and proceed to fold it.

At least if the audition does go through, I'll get a break from him. I zipped my bag up and layed down on my bed.

The summer day proceeded to drag by. I was sitting in my room watching a movie. I heard a knock on my room door. I paused the movie with the remote.

"Luke?" I heard my brother say from the other side of the door.

I shurgged and was about to continue playing the movie but he started talking more.

"Mom and dad are out again, so I ordered Pizza. You can come down to eat if you wanted to. Alright, I'm gonna go." He said, his footsteps fading in the distance.

I got up from my bed and headed downstairs. I picked up a plate and placed a slice of pizza on it.

I took a soda out of the fridge and started heading to my room.

"You're going back upstairs?" My brother said, getting up.

I stopped for a second and the continued to walk.

"Wait, before you go I wanted to apologize for earlier."

I stopped walking and looked back at him.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have joked like that earlier. I-it was rude and impudent of me."

"Uh huh."

"I didn't think you'd get mad since the events took place a month ago and I should've apologized early, but can we call a truce?"

"Uh, sure." I shurgged.

I headed up stairs and proceeded to eat my dinner. After finishing I checked my email. I had revived a message.

I clicked on it to see what is said.

"Hey Lukas, we saw your audition for our show. We're glad to inform you that you have been chosen to participate on Total Drama Island. I hope you look forward to the resort that awaits your arrival. We'll see you in a few days."

I gave a small grin. I went downstairs and threw my trash away and washed my greasy hands.

My brother was stretching on the couch.

"Whelp, I'm gonna head to bed." My brother said.

"Okay. Oh, and Adrian?"

"Yeah?"

"Whenever mom and dad get back. Tell them I'll be back in 8 weeks." I told him.

"No way. You got in?"

"Yeah. So could you let them know?"

"Sure. Do I get a split of the cash if you win? You know, since I'm doing you this favor?"

"No. You don't." I simply shrugged.

"Aw, come on bro, I'm sure we could work something out."

"Did I stutter?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Well it's not like I have to tell them."

"Yeah, but when they get back they'll ask you."

"I could lie an-"

"Adrian, we both know how bad you are at lying."

"You tricked me."

"Not intentionally but Yeah. I guess I did."

"Hm... you learned from the best."

"Yeah, clearly not from you." I chuckled.

"Aw come on, you could give me some credit."

"Oh, would you look at the time. Night Adrian." I turned around and headed to my room.

I started to pack more of the necessities for my stay like shampoo, deodorant, a toothbrush.

After I finish, layed down on my bed and went to sleep.
