Total Drama Island/Action [Gwen x OC]

Chapter 34 : Celebrity Manhunt pt.1

Lukas's POV

After staring on the aftermath show, I didn't play much of a role in the show since I was eliminated. I would come back every 6 episodes to sit in the peanut gallery during the Aftermath show.

Better than the last time since it didn't involve me and /or Gwen. In the end, Duncan won the million bucks and we, and by we, i mean all of us were all done with the show.

All of the contestants ended up doing something after they were off the show. Like the Total Drama boy band, consisting of Trent, Justin, Cody and Harold. Tyler and Leshawna participating on many shows.

Stuff like that. What have I been doing? Well, nothing particularly special. I would occasionally hang out with Gwen. But other than that, I've been at home like how I use to be before the show.

I was in my room lying on my back strolling through my phone. I didn't have anything planned to do. I went downstairs and took out the ingredients to make a sandwich. 

After putting it together, I headed back up stairs and sat down on my bed. I turned on my TV and put on Alien Chunks.

Before I could take one bite of my sandwich, my phone started ringing. I looked at my phone to see who was calling me. After seeing that it was Gwen, I paused the movie and picked up my phone.

"Hello?" I started, taking a bite out of my sandwich. 

"Hey Luke." 

"Hey, what's up Gwen?" 

"Hey. Uh, I needed your help with something? I was wondering if you could come over."

"Oh, sure. I can do that."

"Okay, thanks. Oh, and um, you don't have to worry about being late for the reunion show. I plan on going after I take care of-"

"Reunion show?" I asked.

"Yeah. Uh, Lukas, you are aware of the Total Drama reunion taking place on the red carpet tonight, right?" She asked.

"I... Well, now I am. Are you going?" 

"Yeah, I think everyone is."

"Okay. Well, I'll go get ready."

"Okay, well see you later."

I hung up and finished my sandwich. I took a quick shower and got dressed in a black suit. I combed out my hair and styled it a bit neater. 

Whatever Gwen needed help with, I hope it doesn't involve much lifting or anything. I'm still curious as to what she needed me for. I headed downstairs to see my brother flipping through the channels on the TV. 

He looked back at me and raised an eyebrow.

"What's with the fancy get up?" Adrian asked, letting out a laugh.

I rolled my eyes at his simple remark.

"Could you drive me to Gwen's house?" I asked.

"What, are the two of you going on a date or something?" He asked.

"Where'd you get that idea?"I crossed my arms.

He pointed at the suit I was wearing.

"Well, no. It's not a date. I have something to attend, apparently but I was going to head to Gwen's house first to help her with something."

"Pfft, alright. I'll take you to your 'friend's' house." He said, putting special emphasis on the word friend.

I shrugged at his statement and sent a text to Gwen letting her know I'm on my way. My brother put on his jacket, and began heading to his car as I followed behind him.
