I pulled on the dress, smiling at myself in the mirror. Today was the day. I was going to become Mrs.Hemmings today. Was this all a dream or was something good actually happening?

I smiled down at the engagement ring that was soon to be replaced by a wedding ring. I kinda didn't want to take it off my finger, maybe I could just keep it on. Maybe I could just keep replaying this perfect day.

"You ready?" Mum grinned, fixing the bottom of my dress.

"I'm so ready." I smiled, admiring myself in the mirror.

"You look beautiful." Mum gushed.

"I agree." Larissa said, staring at her phone.

I turned around, staring at Larissa in her bridesmaid dress for a moment. She had had her eyes glued to the phone all morning, something about Michael not replying. But sure, he was probably stressed about being a best man. I walked over to her, sitting down and smiling.

"What did you text him?" I asked.

"It's kinda private.." She blushed.

"Come on, tell me. I'm your best friend."

"I asked if he wanted to start a family..."

Mum shrieked a little, rushing over to Larissa and sitting down next to her.

"Are you sure you want that? Children are horrible to look after." Mum said.

"Yes, I want this badly. Michael is the one. I know he is. Just like Alana knows Luke is the one." Larissa said contently.

I smiled at her, rubbing her leg, "Well I'll be there to help. And I'll make Luke help too."

She grinned at me, hugging me. I smiled, hugging her back. I loved Larissa a lot and she didn't leave when Calum did. And she was always there at any time of the night if I needed her. Too bad I didn't call her and was too oblivious to her advice then.

"Right, we better go." She grinned, standing up.

I nodded, standing up and holding the sides of my dress.  I smiled at mum, taking one of her hands as she led me to the car. Only a few more miles and I'd be in one place with the man I loved about to get married. I was ready. I was so ready. And nothing could ruin my happiness.

But I love you so much more than just to the moon and back.
