Renxi POV
I woke up to my head severely aching.
I sighed and got up. I was pulled up by a figure. I looked to see Phoenix. He smiled at me and I slightly returned. I suddenly remembered what happened a while ago. I looked down sad.
"He used me Phoenix...did you see the way he smiled at Jinmi...he's happy he gets to be with her. What about our chemistry that we've had?" I spoke quietly, my voice almost inaudible.
He hugged me tightly in his arms. I silently cried, my heart hurting suddenly. I pulled back, clutching the place on my chest where my heart laid. I groaned from the pain and I looked up at a worried Phoenix.
"I'm fine..." I got up only to be placed back down onto the bed.
"Lay down you need to relax." Phoenix said softly and I nodded.
Phoenix stared at me for a while and I did the same to him.
"We should pull a prank on them." He smirked and I chuckled.
"What kind of prank?" I asked curious.
"A prank where we act like we love each other and forget them." He said as the cheeky smirk on his face grew wider.
"Haha I'm sorry but I don't think that'll work...Jinmi is so blinded by love for some reason...I am too. I figured out what it meant but never experienced it..." I sighed and sat up.
"I don't want to rest...I just wanna relax." I said getting up and walking to the place I was isolated in for thousands of years. Phoenix followed.
We entered the place and Phoenix look around.
"Why is it so cold in here?" He asked while rubbing his hands together to create heat.
"It's because I'm an ice fairy. I'm immune to cold. Have you ever heard of the ice princess?" I turned around and asked him.
"No. Not really. Is there really such thing?" He asked me and I shook my head.
"Not that I know of." I said nonchalantly.
I walked up to my self made ice thrown and sat on it.
"When I first got put in here, I feared that I would die in here but as you can see it never happened. I feared this place bc it was so dark at first. Everything was black but now...I'm used to it and I turned this place into my own palace. The floral realm gave me my own servant even tho I'm just a stupid fairy...I have no royal relations...why would they give me a place to build my own palace?" I sighed and slouched on my throne.
"You can build your own throne in here if you'd like, but don't make it too hot or I'll melt." I chuckled and he did as well. I watched as he made his own on the right side of mine. It was smaller but he still was contented with it.
"Maybe it's best for me to let Runyu go...I don't know this feeling but...it's like everytime I'm around him I- I just get so happy...my heart starts to beat like I've been running laps for an eternity...how does he make me feel I like that...I feel weak around him..." I confessed as Phoenix listened.
"That's how I feel with Jin Mi...and it isn't weakness...it's love." He told me and my breathe hitched. It was silent for a while so I decided to speak.
"We should go back to the heavenly realm." He nodded and we both teleported to the gates of the heavenly realm.
The guards greeted the second prince and let us through. We were now going to start our plan. We held hand while walking in, others giving us skeptic looks. We made it to the throne room where surprisingly Jin Mi and Runyu were in with the king and queen of heaven and Jin Mi's father.

We're automatically heard gasps which caught others attention and before we knew it, eyes were on us.
"Xufeng...what is this?" His mother said in a sinister tone.
He put his arm around my waist.
"Mother, this is my lover." As he said that chatter began to erupt and I looked at Runyu's expression and saw sadness for a split second. I also saw Jin Mi's expression and she looked sad. At least it's working for them...
I smiled at him and he did the same.
"Well congratulations, we can schedule your wedding with her soon after Runyu and Jin Mi's." His father said and we nodded, after a little I walked with Phoenix out of the throne room. Once we were out of sight we chuckled and high fives each other. We then made our way to Runyu's palace and waited for them to enter.
Soon, as expected, they came to the palace and looked at us in surprise.
"Xufeng, Renxi, why are you both here?" He asked and I responded.
"We were thinking that all four of us can spend time with each other. Our weddings are soon and before we make plans we should spend time with each other." Xufeng nodded and I smiled at him. They nodded and we all walked in his palace.

A little while later~

You all were having conversations until you told them that you were going to use the bathroom.

Renxi POV

"I have to go use the rest room I'll be back." They nodded and I walked away. I was then pulled into a room and the door locked behind us. I saw Runyu looking at me in anger. My eyes widened, not expecting this to happen.
"I- what are you doing?" I asked a little scared.
"Your marrying Phoenix...what about our chemistry?" He yelled and I scoffed.
"YEAH WHAT ABOUT IT? YOU DECIDED TO MARRY MY BEST FRIEND AND I SAW THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE! YOU SMILED AND I ABSOLUTELY BROKE WHEN THAT HAPPENED AND THAT WAS WHY I PASSED OUT IN THE THRONE ROOM..." I yelled and when I was done, I slowly slid down the wall and started crying. He sighed and got on his knees in front of me.
"That's because I love Jin Mi. She makes me feel some way and you do as well...I don't know who I love more." He said and I cried even more.
"I don't even know what love is..but when I'm around you..I feel like I'm finally breathing after being locked up for years." I sobbed to him. My tears were uncontrollable and then all of a sudden, I felt a soft touch on my lips. It was his mouth on mine. My breather hitched and he laid me down, getting on top of me. We held the kiss for so long that I was losing air but I didn't complain. After a little he stopped and I finally breathed in, catching my breath. He held my face with his hands and tears were slowly flowing.
"I...love Jin Mi...I'm sorry." He said and got off of me. I looked shocked. That kiss felt amazing but when he told me he loved Jin Mi my heart shattered. He left the room and my heart started hurting.
I groaned in pain. Good thing this room was sound proof.
"RUNYU!!" I yelled his name from hatred and sorrow, I thought. I spit up blood.
"Good bye Y/n." I heard an faint voice in my head and then I cried hard until I coughed up more blood with an elixir.
