Author's POV

More months passed and unfortunately you still weren't here. Runyu never gave up though. He stayed strong for you. He wanted to keep going. He had been searching for you everywhere and that's when suddenly this happened.

Runyu had the golden elixir carried on him in case he ever found you. He was walking on a hill in the cold winter weather. As he got further the wind began to blow faster and the air became colder, practically biting his skin through the gloves he wore. He was confused until he found a figure floating in the air in the middle of the hill. Her soft skin was beautiful in the light that was shined on her and she was in white clothing. Her arms were spread and she had her back towards Runyu. All of the snowflakes started to float perfectly around her.

While all of this was happening The Floral Realms flowers grew back just perfectly. They all shined brighter than before making the floral realm look even more magical. Everyone cheered in happiness and excitement. The Great Floral Fairy held her heart and smiled, talking to herself.
"He found her. I never once doubted him..." she smiled to herself and cheered with the realm as well.

Runyu slowly walked up to the person and suddenly outbursts billions of sparkly frost flowers, they fall and coat the ground, the women then disappears. Runyu's shoulders then slouched from disappointment since he thought that person was Renxi. He turned around in sadness and that's when he bumped into something, moreover someone. He bows apologetically and looks up at the figure. She wore all white and there were blue sparkly spots on her clothes, making her too beautiful to look at. Runyu's sad dull eyes had then widened into shocked hope. He saw his lover but she was faint, her spirit looked like it was going to disappear so he quickly took out the elixir and fed it to her. She happily took it and that's when she actually appeared before him. "Ji-er, it's been a long time since we have united...I'm happy I get to finally be back with you." Renxi smiled at her love and Runyu starts crying of joy and hugged her. She giggled and hugged back. He swung her around and she giggled more. Happiness had swept over them and Runyu couldn't believe the person he was destined to be with came back to him.
"Let's go home." Runyu smiled and Renxi nodded.
On their way home they talked about how they wanted to plan their wedding, them both picking white since is symbolizes good luck and purity. They intertwined their fingers with each other, scared of letting go because one of them were scared to lose the other.

As they both entered the heavenly realm, all soldiers were shocked to see Renxi, the Frost Immortal and the Emporer and bowed to them both. The lovers made their way to the throne room Kuanglu was giving out strict orders until she saw Runyu coming in with Renxi she smiled at them since she realized that as much as she might like him she'll never be with him.
"Thank you Kuanglu for taking over the realm. You've protected it with your life. I'm promoting you to the night immortal." He smiled at her and she bowed.
"Yes, your majesty. I gratefully accept my promotion."she gave him a respectful bow and left the throne room with a smile on her face. Runyu sat down and Renxi sat down next to him.

"Schedule our wedding to be in 2 days, we already have everything we want planned." Runyu smiled at Renxi as he ordered the others and the servants in the throne room.

He was happy to have his lover back~
