The Arrangement(ON HOLD)

Chapter 4.

This is where it all happened, the beginning of my life,the beginning of my happiness, the news about my mom's health, the end of my happiness, Dad forcefully taking me out of the building because he said it holds bad memories I guess he also forgot about the good memories that this building holds.

The memories they all rush at every step I take into the building. I run to the back of the building and I see her tombstone. I run my hands over the wordings on the stone.

      Lovely mother,an angel, great  wife and a daughter.

Yes it's been 5 years since I lost my Mom. 5 years without her. I remember the last thing she told me before she took in her last breath. I was 19 then but I still cried like a baby.

"Lila, your Dad loves you, you know that right. He wants what's best for you, whatever decision he makes,it is for your own good. Please don't ever argue with him. He loves you so much.

I'm proud of you darling. I'm so sorry I'm being a bad and weak mother by leaving you. But I'm too weak to fight this Cancer I don't have the strength to fight this. But I will always be with you.

You are in N.Y.U. My baby is so smart. My baby is gonna kick ass even though I will not be there to fight for you. Don't let anybody put you down. Always keep your head high. Dress pretty,go to parties,get high and live your life without restrictions."
I chuckled amidst tears at her statement.

"And I believe you and Alexander will happen cause he is IT for you. I love you so much baby. "

" I know Mom. I also love you too. "I said.

I hug her and before I know it her heart monitor starts beeping. The doctors rush in and I run out to call Dad.

Power by Little Mix cuts off my flashback. It's Cole.

I pick it up and greet him.

"Hey Cole." I sniffed.
"Lila what's wrong? Have you been crying." He sounded concerned while asking me.

"No I just got pepper into my nose. You know I'm careless."

"Classic Lila, now tell me what's actually wrong?" Cole said.

"Well Dad is getting me married to someone."I purposely didn't tell him my dad is forcing me to get married to him.

"What the hell? He is practically selling you off. Where are you right now let me come and pick you?"He said.

I jumped on my feet and stand up Cole can't know about that place. Nobody knows I still come here because my Dad practically everybody from banned everybody from visiting here.
"Umm I'm at Caffeinated currently pick me up there."
"Okay."
I run out of the building and walk to Caffeinated.
