The Arrangement(ON HOLD)

Chapter 16

After waiting in the reception for more than 3 hours. Alissa decides to come out of Cole's room with a scowl on her face. I ran up to her worried.

"Ally what's wrong?"

"The doctor is not letting Cole go home today because  according to him 'Mr Black is not strong enough yet to leave the hospital.' I'm so happy Cole is okay now."

"That's so nice to hear. How did he get so bloodied?

"Well you know after the pregnancy predicament, he left my apartment and called a cab because he could not drive himself because his mind was disoriented, so the cab he carried had a woman in it,it was the woman who invited him to the bar where Cole forgot his phone. She is a business associate of Cole." She gave me a told you so look.

"So how are you and Cole now?"

"Well for starters he yelled at me more than 3 times after you left because I threatened to abort his child. He also yelled at me for being fuckin careless about our child. Then we made out for 30 minutes straight. After that I lied down by his side and he asked of you. He is worried about you Lila. I told him about Bitchanny and Craker. He specifically told me not to tell you this but I saw a tear drop from his eyes when I told him about you. I'm not even going to ask you about Alexander and you because you don't trust me enough, so let's leave this frickin hospital it gives me the chills and it smells like the inside of my brother's anus."

"Lisa you know I trust you but I don't want to talk about Alexander. I will like it so much if you don't mention fucking Alexander." I sighed.

"Can we go home now?" Ally pouts.

"No please can I see Cole for just sometime? I will just say hello to him and come and join you in car. Please."I pleaded with her.

"Oh my God. Did you just ask me that? He might be my fiancee but he is your best friend darling. Go get him sweetheart. I will wait for you in the car." Ally said.

"Thank you." I hugged her and ran into the room.

I walked into the room scared of Cole's reaction when he sees me.

"Alissa is that you? Ugh I'm pretty sure you forgot something here. Is Lila still outside? I don't know why she doesn't want to see me." Cole whines.

"Stop whining Cole." I chuckled.

"What are you doing here?" He asks as if he wasn't worried about me.

"I came to check on my best friend."
He scoffs at my statement.

"If I was your best friend you would not be keeping secrets,secrets that you have been keeping from years and you never thought of telling me. You never wanted to tell me. Skittle you never even blurted it out or gave me any hint of your relationship with my fucking brother. It was like I'm just your best friend because you needed someone to attach that label on to." He groans in pain after his statement. I act on instinct and press the emergency button by his bed.

"You will be fine. Just don't move at all."

"Lila I'm fine you did not have to press the damn button." He yelled at me.

"Well sorry I'm worried about my best friend."

"I'm sorry for yelling."

"You don't need to apologize. I'm sorry for pressing the button. I'm so sorry I've been looking for a way to press because it is so red."

He groans at my excuse and glares at me.

A nurse comes into the room and changes Cole IV fluid bag and adjusts Cole on his bed,then she walks out glaring at me.
