Chapter 13: Dead

Shaun's Point of View

I have been swimming my emptiness for an hour but I guess it won't disappear like that so now I was floating like a mad man thinking about that tragic memory. 

I let my eye close as I let the unwanted memory replay once again, and I hope it will be the last time I will feel it. I really hope this is the last time I will feel the pain and longing for her.

****************************** Flashback***************************

Five year old Shaun is throwing tantrums to his mom because he doesn't wanna go to the party that will head at the Johnson's resident. The said party is a birthday party for the Johnson's one and only child Cali. 

"Mom can I just not go? I hate this suit it is suffocating me!" he said while looking at his mom with his best puppy eyes. His mom sighed because how  her son is behaving 

"Shaun sweetie can you bear  with me please?"  his mom pleaded . Shaun looked at his mom who is giving him a sad smile. 

Shaun sighed as he looked at him mom's sad face "I hate to see you sad mom" he said as he put his both palm in his mother's cheeks 

"even if I don't like what I am wearing right now I will bear with it because I don't want mom to look sad" he said giving his mom a sweet smile 

"you are really sweet honey" his mom said as she kissed Shaun's cheeks 

"it will only last for an hour I promise you that, after you dance with Cali you can change to your casual dress or we can go home if you don't wanna stay at the party" His mom said as she fixed Shaun's bow

"now go fetch Yohan so he will know we will be going now" his mom said as he run towards his twin's room. Without knocking at the door he open it harshly causing Yohan to jump at where he was standing as he look at Shaun with wide eyes 

"Shaun!? don't you know how to knock at the door! you know I am a scardy-cat!" Yohan said as he put his both hands to his hips like an old man taunting his grandchild 

"Sorry. I won't do it again" he said as he look at the floor because Yohan is mad at him

"Shaun I am not mad at you, you know?" Yohan said as he wrap his arms to Shaun and gave him a warm hug that Shaun also hug him back 

"I will never get mad at you because we're brothers and I love you so much" Yohan said while hugging his twin brother 

"okay, I love you too and you know what you are my favorite twin brother forever!" Shaun said cheerfully as he gave Yohan his brightest smile, while Yohan gave him a playful glare 

"I am your only twin brother" Yohan said still with a playful glare that Shaun only replied him with a smirk

"I know" he said as he walks away from his brother  causing the both of them laughing 

" mom said we should go now" Shaun said as Yohan just followed his twin to the living room where their parents were.

"you both look so adorable come one give mom a warm hug" their mom said as they gave her a warm hug like what she asked for 

some minutes ago they were now at the party his mom were talking about. There were a lot of people who were also dressed up like them and Shaun spotted some of his friends like Ricky and Migel  who are also spotted the both of them as they wave at each other 

"Mom can we go with Ricky and Migel?" Shaun asked his mother  politely who were now talking with a Woman and his Husband 

"who might be these two adorable kids?" the said woman asked his mother as she was looking at the twins with  a gentle smile 

"ohh these are my sons Emily. This is Shaun and Yohan" his mother happily introduce them and as they were thought by their parents to give respect to older people the twins greeted the woman some "hi's " and "hello's"

"they are not only adorable they are also well mannered. I am so glad to meet you both" the woman Emily said 

"okay you can mingle with your friends now, but remember to behave, yes?" their mom said as they gave her a kiss on the cheeks as they went to were Ricky and Migel were 

"Shaun! Yohan!" the two greeted them cheerfully as they gave each other a brotherly hugs. As the      four of them were chatting about their exciting days Shaun excused his self to go to the restroom as he asked his mother were can he find the bathroom 

he was running because in some case he was very eager to pee so bad, but luck doesn't went well  with him because he bump with someone that caused both of them flat landed to their asses. Shaun stand up fast to help the little girl with like the same age as him and offered his hands to the little lady 

"I am sorry for bumping at you I was just in a hurry because I wanna pee so bad" Shaun said looking at her with a slight pout in his lips as the little girl just smiled at him 

"it's okay I am sorry too because I didn't see you" the little girl said as she was now standing with Shaun while their hands were still together 

"I do really need to pee now" Shaun said shyly because the little girl was still looking a him with a smile on his face 

"okay" she said still looking at him 

"you know you can let go of me now before I pee my pants" Shaun said as he look at the little girl

"I don't want too" she said as her smiling face changed into a sad face. And because Shaun has a weak heart for people who are being sad he hold the little girl's hands firmly as he said 

"okay you can go with me but you will stay at the door while I am going to pee" Shaun said as he gave the little girl a gentle smile that she mirrored and now smiling at him
