Well, the three couldn’t really say no to that adorable request of her so they just obliged. Starting from Alchemy, he held out his hand and the fortune teller did the same.

“Nakikita ko na mayroong isang taong mangangailangan ng tulong mo sa hinaharap. Siguraduhin mo na mananatili ka sa kanyang tabi kung dumating man ang mga panahon na iyon.”

After Alchemy, Vernon did the same. “Darating ka sa puntong mamimili ka sa pagitan ng buhay o kamatayan. Pag-isipan mong maabuti kung anong pipiliin mo.”

Lastly, Neville held out his hand. “Nakikita kong nakaranas ka ng lubos na pagpapala sa nakaraan mong buhay at tila ba sisingilin ka sa kasalukuyan mong buhay kaya naman mapupunta ka sa isang sitwasyon kung saan mapipilitan kang magsakripisyo ng isang bagay na napakahalaga para sa iyo.”

After Neville’s turn, the gloomy atmosphere inside the booth become more evident. Feb and the boys were in deep thought when they heard someone farted.

“Ano ba ‘yan Al, pwede ka naman mag-excuse bakit dito ka pa umutot sa loob.” Pang-aasar ni Feb sa binata, so that the dark and depressing air within them would be gone.

“What? Why would I even fart in a public place”. Feb said, she had successfully made the dark feeling vanish.

“Sus, nahiya pa ‘tong umamin.” Feb chuckled.

“Oops, that was me.” The little girl said raising her hand.

“I was just kidding.” Feb giggled. “Do you wanna go to the comfort room, baby?” She asked Psyche. The girl nodded her head. Feb bid good bye to the three guys.

“I would put my trust in you guys that you wouldn’t try to kill each other anymore when I’m not around.” Feb told them. “Remember not to break the promise you made with me, okay?”
She then proceeded to the location of the comfort room.

While walking, the girl would stop again and then she would point to an ice cream shop. “You wanted to go there, baby? I thought you have to go to the comfort room?” she asked.

“I just used that as an excuse. I really want to eat ice cream with you, can’t we do it?” The girl, once again showed her a cute pleading look. “Alright, then ice cream it is.”

They went inside the shop. Feb decided to order a medium-sized cup of chocolate ice cream that they would share, since she doesn’t want to worry the girl’s mother if the latter would know that Feb had let her daughter finished a cup all by herself.

While eating, the girl called out to her. “Ate Feb.” Feb hummed in response as she tries to scoop another spoonful from the cup. “I’ve seen how Kuya Neville, Kuya Al and Kuya Nonie looked at you. I think they all love you.” The little girl told her nonchalantly.

“Of course, they do, we’re friends after all.” She said before she put the spoon to her mouth.

“I don’t think that their love for you could just be labeled as ‘just friends’ though. I’ve seen them look at you, Ate Feb. It’s not the look of a friend. Rather, it’s the same look that my parents are giving each other.” The little girl explained.

That’s impossible. Maybe this girl just doesn’t understand the concept of love. She’s just a little girl, after all. Isa pa, I would not want that to happen. They’re precious to me. I don’t wanna hurt any one of them.’ Feb tried to shrug the thoughts away, but she would then remember the times when she would catch the boys staring at her not in a ‘friendly manner’ but she just refused to believe that they do really love her romantically.

After shaking her thoughts away, Feb saw the mess on the little girl’s face. “Wait me here. I’m just going to ask for some more tissue paper in the counter.”

When she got back to the table, she started to panic because the girl wasn’t there anymore. Without having second thoughts, she run outside the shop and went towards the direction of the three boys.

“Why are you in a hurry?” Neville asked her.

“Psyche, I lost her! We’re just eating ice cream in the shop and now she’s gone. Let’s go, help me find her.” Natatarantang sabi ni Feb.

“First of all, Feb, calm down, okay? Second, who are you talking about? Who is Psyche?” Vernon asked her with a confused face.

“The girl who lost her mother so I brought with me, Pysche, the little girl holding a heart plushie.” Feb explained, her heart beating fast from nervousness and frustration. ‘Just what would I tell her mother when I met her?

“Guys, do you know a certain little girl named Psyche?” Neville turned and ask the other boys.

The two shook their heads. ‘Are they all bluffing me? I was just holding the girl’s hand a while ago. We even eat ice cream.’ But, looking at the genuine clueless faces of the three, it seems like they were telling the truth. Feb wasn’t satisfied. She went back to the ice cream shop and asked the staffs if they’ve seen the little girl.

“But you went here alone, Miss. I saw you myself that you were eating at that table alone.” The lady pointed to the direction of the table where she and the little girl were sitting a while ago.

She then felt creepy because of her experience. ‘The little girl, I’m so sure that I’d really met her. I’m certain that she’s real.’ As her last option, she then proceeded inside the fortune telling booth. She asked the woman if she remembers the little girl who was with them when they were doing the session but the fortune teller just gave her a cryptic answer.

Try not to associate yourself again with people you don’t know or you might be in huge trouble the next time you do.

That felt really weird for Feb. But then, she would think, maybe there are really weird things happening in the world that nobody can truly explain, just like her being the present cupid.

Feb tried not to be bothered by that experience anymore as she wants to enjoy the performance of her favorite band. They decided to go near the stage so that they would be able to witness the showcase clearly.

They kept on walking and fighting the flow of the crowd when the band started organizing their instruments on stage. That made the people even wilder. Feb’s group tried to resist, but in the end, they got separated from each other.

In the midst of the chaos, however, she felt a hand clutching hers tightly, as if telling her that he would not let go no matter what happens, assuring her that she would not be alone that night.

When the commotion ended and the people have already settled themselves in their respective places, Feb looked at the guy who is holding her hand.
