Huda's Pov

"Oh come on this can't be good why is she here??Bev asked no one in particular.

Well thee ANABYA arrived earlier than expected.we just finished our first room service for the day and we head over to the cafeteria to have our lunch when we saw a lady dressed in our maid uniform talking to Mr Nuaym or let me rephrase it"flirting with Mr Nuaym.

"So I guess that's the anabya right??I asked while looking at anabya from head to toe ,even with the not so tight maid uniform her body is just like a model with large hazel eyes I couldn't but be a little self conscious but alhamdulilah for my self.

"Yh that's tots her"khadi rolled her yes at her

"Guys! she's coming over here you might as well calm yourselves down."I said darting my eyes over to anbya who is strolling over to our table,she had an innocent smile on her lips which made her look friendly but I can't buy that at all.

" Fine I guess we could do just that" Bev said sighing

"It's fine by me too"khadi added.

Good.

"Hi Beverly and Khadija it's nice to see you guys. I have missed our little tantrums really. Anabya said grinning at us.

"Uh hi anabya how have you been ? that was khadi asking because Beverly was busy shooting daggers at her. Well I guess she can't hide her emotions.
"Oh habibty I have been good thanks for asking. She said hugging khadi.

"And Beverly it's good to see too"she smiled at Bev who returned the gesture in a not so good way but anabya didn't notice it she did.

"And who is this"she asked looking at me whilst scrunching her nose as if she saw something disgusting.

Well that's rude.

"This is our new bestie Huda she moved to fes six months ago"Bev said holding my hand and smiling at anabya.

"Nice to meet you I'm Huda"I said bringing my hand forward for a Salam.

"Oh don't be silly I'm anabya"she hugged me instead.
Wow she needs to be given award for hugging people.

"Ok".

"Alright, so can I sit here and have lunch with you guys??she asked and I could see that Bev and khadi were not ready to answer so I decided to ease the tension.

"Yes sure please have a sit".

"Alright let's eat up quickly we still have to get back to work"she said

"Yeah we should do just that"Bev said rolling her eyes at anabya whose attention is with her phone.

*Sigh*
Can Time just speed up a little........................................................

It's evening and the sun is disappear and the view was just so amazing. I love sun dawn.

Life has been rough and good at the same time for me. I smiled unconsciously thinking about the good times and I zoomed out.

"Earth to Huda"khadi snapped her fingers at my face.

"Oh khadi I was just seeing the sun dawn and I zoomed out.
"It's ok Huda let's get going it's getting late.

"Yes you are right let's go" I said holding her hands as we got out of the resort.

I arrived home and the sky was completely dark by then I was so tired. I said my Salam and I removed my Crocs and kept my the door. Ammi and papi were in the the living room. They answered my Salam and continued with their business. Ammi was kneading whole papi is reading his newspaper he never gets tired of reading.

"How was your day habibty" ammi asked.
"Ammi it was stressful as usual I'm so tired".

"Oh dear don't worry your hard work will pay off one day inshallah" she said smiling at me.
"Yes she's right my beloved daughter"papi said sweetly.

They are getting old day by day.

"Inshallah so have you guys eaten anything??i asked i hate it when they don't eat food.

"No Huda there wasn't much money to buy food items you know the ones we had finished yesterday.

"Why didn't you tell me" I asked lately I haven't been to the kitchen because ammi doesn't allow me in saying I should rest because I need all the energy for work the next day.

"You see dear we didn't want to add to your stress you have been working so hard"this time it was papi who answered.

At that moment my heart ached I can't begin to phantom what I'm feeling at the moment. My poor ammi and papi have not eaten anything since morning.
Ya Allah I'm such a horrible child.

I quickly wiped the lone tear that escaped my eye and dashed out without saying anything to them. I heard ammi calling my name but I can't bring my self to answer them right now.

I rushed to a nearby store thank good They didn't close the it. With the little money I have I bought a small bag of rice some bananas and milk.

The salary I got was used to pay up our rent and buy papi's medications and they caused a lot.
Mr Nuaym is no longer the hotel manager for reasons I don't know I just found out when we finished our work from Beverly he will be living next week for a better job I think maybe that was what he was telling anabya earlier on.

I arrived home and thank God there were not asleep yet so I went to the kitchen and prepared rice pudding for them. I met them sitting everyone lost in his own thoughts.

"Ammi,papi here is your pudding please eat and papi you know you have to take your medications.

"Yes there I will when I'm done."
I gave them the pudding they started eating.

After a while ammi asked
"Habibty won't you take some too?
"No I'm not hungry I ate before I left the resort"I answered.
"Ok dear".

I couldn't help but allow the years to run freely. it's all my fault,I kept on saying,I wasn't there when you needed me. I told them.
"Oh dear, come here"ammi Said pulling me into a hug.
I love her hugs.

"None of this is your fault habibty,it's our qadr and we have to face it together. I don't want to ever hear you say that ok promise me.??she asked.

"Ok ammi I promise"I smiled and cleaned my tears.
Papi was looking at us this whole time smiling.
"Group hug??he finally said opening his arms and we hugged him smiling and wiping our tears.

In the end family is all you need............
