Huda's Pov

The weeks flew by like the wind,and these days work keeps increasing by the hour, Mr ashraf well...... he's still thesame rude and grumpy guy. Lady alameri visits the resort alot lately ,she's the wife of the mayor of fes ,mayor Abdullah bn alameri the third. They are the owners of raid larroussa, that's what khadi said, and let's not forget the famous alameri resident .
mehn this people are loaded.
Lady alameri is so intimidating and she has that aura of authority she's so beautiful Masha Allah but at the same time she has that serious look on her face that makes her bossy and you dare not look at her and be confident. I couldn't help but to wonder if asad is related to the mayor and his wife because he's thee asad alameri but then again there are many alameris in fes heck the whole of morroco.
no it's not possible asad?? pssst nop never I know his rich and all but please let it not be.
My thoughts were interrupted by beverly and she looks serious.

"We have bad news huds" she said sadly. I looked at her face to see any hint of sarcasm but there was non. ok this is serious.
I sighed. "What happened bev? I asked worriedly.
"You see the thing is that......ahe started explaining the situation, "Lady alameri is the type of person that wants everything and I mean everything to be perfect. She accepts professional work only and nothing else and she doesn't tolerate people in general. The alameri resident is almost as big as the resort and you know it requires professional work so she fires the workers when she's not satisfied and new ones are required.

"Wow!!"i breathed out "that's a lot to take in. I whispered.
"I know right" khadi grumbled
"But what does it have to do with us" i asked because I'm curious

"The maids are obviously from the resort you idiot" bev rolled here eyes.

"And that's why Mr ashraf is calling us right now to pick out some maids to the resident.
"Seriously? I'm shocked,"is it that bad ?I asked eagerly.

"Of course huda it is. Once you live the resort you are not coming back, and if she hates you sorry habibty but your life is officially over"

"Oh no, I'm scared already"

"You better be babes" kahdi added
"And the worst part is that sahiba hajar the head of maids,is very wicked too and she's in charge of giving the maids their salaries so if she hates you too then no salary for a month"
"What??I shouted.
" Habibty inshallah we are not among the choosen ones" khadi smiled reassuringly.

"Inshallah"

"You are all welcome once again so without wasting any time ,I'm going to be brief. Lady alameri requested for new workers so if I call you then you will not be workings here ever again. He's voice boomed around the hall.
"I will start now"...he continued
He called at least ten male workers and nine female workers
"And lastly miss huda abduljabbar"

"Say what!!!!bev shouted

"Oh no I don't want to go !!"
ya Allah what am I going to do now. I feel like crying. I zoomed until a hand was placed on my shoulders bringing me out of my thoughts. I turned and the hand belonged to bev,we were the only ones left

"Well,it's my faith there's no going back now so I have accepted it " I shrugged trying not to to be emotional and sad.
They both came over and hugged me and I closed my eyes,that's what I needed.
"Its going to be alright huda,I believe you can handle whatever comes your way,you have always been"bev smiled

"Yes huda Allah will always be with you as you accept the bitter reality.

"Inshaallah I'm going to be alright" I beamed at them.
"Uhm,khadi huda I have something to tell you guys"bev said nervously.

"Ok?I said waiting for her to continue.

She closed her eyes before saying what she wanted to say quickly
"I'm traveling to the states next week" she looked away not ready to face any of us.

"What!!!khadi shouted shock evident in her face. ,While my jaw dropped and my eyes widened.

Not bev too

"I'm very sorry guys I didn't tell you earlier because I didn't know how to say it ok?,I don't want to leave you guys we are best if friends you know, my aunt has opened a business and she wanted me to be in charge of it and my mom age instantly saying it was for the best and I will not be a maid anymore"she broke into tears.

"Yes bev your mom is totally right you have found something better is it not better for you to go for that? We are happy for you and we wish you success" I finished saying my eyes are getting watery already.

"We will miss you hun,too much it's very hard to take in but it's for the best" khadi hugged her.

"Beverly,we will miss you so much that's going to hurt I can't believe you are leaving too,but always remember that we are with you where ever you are on this world we are just one call away like charlie puth sai,and that are laughed.

"Group hug!!! Khadi shouted and we all hugged her and we stayed like that for a while and I had to break the moment because it's getting emotional and I'm trying to act strong.

"Ok enough,bev you are to go but on one condition"I grinned at her
"I'm all ears"

"Ok"I smiled sheepishly.
Wait until she hears my request first her reaction is going to be priceless.

"Ok here we go....when you reach america ,the first thing on huda's bucket list is for you to crave my name on top of the torchlight of statue of liberty,empire state building, what else,uhm...I think that's all. I shrugged and waited for her reaction.

"Shoot me " bev said Shocked

"Bravo mademoiselle,I like your bucket list of impossible things huda"khadi laughed closing Bev's opened mouth in the process.

"I Know right that's impossible,but bev take very good care of yourself ok?I asked him her hands.

"I will surely do that habibty" she pinched my cheeks lightly.

"Bring the whole mcdonald's when you return" khadi shouted before leaving for home.
I hugged bev one last time before we went out separate ways.
