Chapter 6: Elsa's birthday ball

Elsa's Pov
It's been a year since Jack and I started dating. It's almost my birthday. I'm turning 24. My birthday is in a week and Anna is throwing a ball to celebrate. But it won't be the same without Jack. He left last week saying he'll be back as soon as he can because North was recruiting new guardians and they needed to know about them. "Elsa the theme is going to be winter and the main color is blue. You can make the invitations and I'll have Kristoff deliver them......," "Anna it's just a birthday what's the big deal." "I want it to be special."
A week later
I heard knocking on my door. "Coming." "Hey Els you look beautiful." "Thanks Anna lets go." We went to the party and fixed our dresses before we got called by Kai our main male servant. "Queen Elsa of Arendale." He announced. I walked out gracefully and sat on my thrown. "Princess Anna of Arendale." He announced. Anna came running in and sat next to me on the other thrown. "Hi." "Hello Anna, nice entrance." "Thanks Els you too." "Your majesty may I have this dance?" A young prince inturupted. "No thank you. I have a boyfriend who is busy working." I said politely. Many princes and dukes asked me to dance but I denied. "May I have this dance?" That voice was familiar. "No thanks. I have a boyfriend." "So you won't dance with your boyfriend snowflake?" "Jack your back!!! And yes of course I'll dance with you." Me and Jack spent the whole night laughing and talking. I spotted a guard and walked up to him. "The party is over please direct everyone out." "Yes your majesty." He bowed and left. So I caught up with Jack. "Hey Jack why don't you stay the night?" "Sure snowflake. Wait before I forget here's your present." I took the wrapped small box in my hands. I opened it and there was a necklace made of pure ice. "Oh Jack it's beautiful." He took the necklace and put it on me. "There, now it's beautiful." "Thanks lets go." We walked and I showed Jack to his room.
