Natasha's POV:

I woke up just as the dream ended and was surprised to see Bruce panting. I rubbed my hand on his back and asked him, "Hey, are you okay? What's wrong?"

"I-I was there." He stammered.

"Where?"

He couldn't reply. I calmed him down and soon we drifted off to sleep.

I woke up at around 5am and decided to take a morning walk. I had just realized that I had not been working out lately so I decided to work out in the gym after the walk.

After three hours of workout I came back to our bedroom to take a shower and change into clean clothes. I entered the room and suddenly something catches my attention. It was Bruce. He was asleep in a very uncomfortable position. I immediately understood he was still tense about what happened at the middle of the night. I wonder what happened.

I thought of laying down beside him for a few minutes and try to ?calm? him down but I figured its best if I first take a shower. So I head to the bathroom.

After a long and warm shower, I realize that I left my clothes outside.

Bruce is still sleeping so it won't be a problem if I go to the room and change there.

I wrap myself in a towel and head out to see Bruce awake.

Wow, what timing!

His attention immediately falls on me and this makes me blush a little. But I guess I was pretty satisfied with it rather than feeling embarrassed. Whereas Bruce was just blushing so hard. Aren't I supposed to become a tomato by now and not him?

"Nice time for waking up." I told him with a mischievous smile on my face.

"I, uh..." he trailed off nervously and quickly scanned me. Moments later, when he finally figured out what to say, he said, "I didn't realize you were there."

"Well, you were asleep when I... anyway..." I went towards the closet to take some clothes as it was pretty chilly in the bedroom.

Bruce was quiet during breakfast and didn't seem so interested in our goofy conversations. Who thought that us, The Avengers, would be goofy as well?

At around 5pm, I decide to drag Bruce along with me to take a stroll down the street.

"Alright, get up!" I barge inside the room and throw his jacket towards him.

"Whoa, what happened? New threat from Thanos?" he startled.

I felt a little bad for him seeing that he still hasn't gotten over everything that happened, so I softly tell him, "No, uh, I thought of taking a walk down the lane and I want you to come with me."

"Why?"

Now, I didn't know what to say. I stay quiet for a moment and think.

What should I say? I never thought he would just ask me why I wanna take him. I thought I could just drag him along.

"Uh... fresh air is especially good right now...?" I told him, but it came out more like a question rather than a statement.

He let out a sigh and then started pulling himself up. He didn't seem so happy with going to the walk idea but nothing was going to stop me from talking him out of whatever was going on with him.

The moment we walked outside, a rush of cold air hit me. Soon, the realization of something else slapped me right across the face. Earlier that day, I had been browsing the weather forecast and saw that it was supposed to rain from 7pm to 9pm.
