He stared into the mirror for the longest time, just adjusting to the fact his eyes would no longer be an innocent amber, he'd thought that maybe because he wasn't a real werewolf or coyote that they wouldn't change, unfortunately that wasn't the case; blue eyes shine back at him like freshly polished sapphires, "Theo, you okay?" Liam called, "I can smell blood, why's the door locked?"
Liam knew something was wrong and although he and Theo had barely spoken since he'd been released from hospital it didn't stop him from freaking out, since living with the chimera he realised they never locked the bathroom door, ever. "I'm fine, just caught myself when shaving is all" he lied, blood stained the porcelain sink because of his claws, he hated himself more then he should; the only people that would talk to him was Hayden, Malia and Ethan, of course the others soon found out about what he'd done, they didn't blame him or fear him like Scott did but they needed to think, he understood that.
"Thought you said we don't lie to one another" scratching the back of his neck awkwardly Liam sat down with his back pressed up against the bathroom door as he listened to Theo's heart, "I don't blame you for killing Jay or the hunters, we just didn't want to go down that path, we thought he was trying to help us."
Theo's own back was pressed up against the other side of the heavy white painted door, he missed his puppies touch but couldn't bring himself to lay a finger on him, the underlying nightmares were quickly making a return and started to invade his reality: every thought he ever had about Liam was corrupted with horror and the thought that his little werewolf was simply a China doll, "he did things Li, said things that angered me beyond all rationality and doubt, Jay showed me things that would've made Scott kill him as well" once again his claws started to dig into the palms of his hands, the shift was becoming more difficult to control.
"I know you're scared, I can smell it from this side of the door" Liam explained, he'd never been this nervous before, "I don't want to forget you."

Lil_Dunbar: I love you more then you'll ever know, what I'm about to do breaks my heart in words I can't even describe, for you've stood by me even when people doubted my decision and called me crazy.
You sacrificed your own life when the ghost riders showed up as with the hunters prior to the other evening, I know what happened was due to blind panic and rage and love makes us do stupid things, so call me stupid but this has to be done.
I love you so freaking much Theo Raeken and when the time is right I'll come back for you, I'll come back for all of you ❤️
