Vengeful On The Supernatural (Thiam)

After hearing from Liam, even though it was only online Theo and the rest of the pack were overjoyed to know he was at least still alive, it had been just over a week since Theo had left Beacon Hills to find the boy, Stiles would often call him asking how he was doing and if he needed any help; it was almost surreal to him that although they were friends, Stiles would offer the boy help after everything he'd done, each time he would decline the offer saying that everything was fine and not to worry, no matter how convincing Theo sounded Stiles knew it wasn't the truth: before leaving the pack behind Stiles had pressed a tracker to the underside of Theo's truck, it kept the pack up to date with the chimera's location.

After the period of four days, Stiles, Lydia, Derek and the others began to notice that Theo wouldn't make any more stops at the supermarket to pick up supplies, they were worried that his finances were dwindling, they had to do something.

Theo sat on the hood of his truck watching the video that Malia had taken of Kira's funeral so that Liam and Theo would be able to see it whenever they had time, waiting for Stiles's dad to pinpoint the cell tower that Liam's phone binged from gave Theo plenty of time to watch the video, her parent's spoke fondly of their daughter; recalling all the memories they shared together, and how Kira would've done anything to protect her friends.

"She was such a good kid, and had her whole life ahead of her. When we arrived at Beacon Hills it was meant to be a new beginning for us, to forget the past and hope for a better future where we wouldn't be afraid of Kira's safety" tears dripped onto her shirt as she remembered her daughter, Mr Yukimura too was crying but tried to be brave for his wife, "since she was a child Kira had always been different, special" family members nodded in agreement, but Kira was more special than first realised, not many of then knew she was a kitsune until her 'ability' got too hard to control months prior.

Other family members took the stand talking about Kira before the pack did, everyone had fond memories of her that they wanted to share, Malia panned the camera around to focus on each pack member, Mason and Corey hung onto one another silently weeping from the stories, they both wore plain white shirts with black blazer jackets over the top, Melissa sat with Scott; he looked emotionless on camera but everyone should see his body shaking with emotion - he too wore a similar attire to Mason and Corey, Hayden sat with her sister across from them, her head rested comfortably on her sisters shoulder while holding back sobs, Lydia, Stiles and Derek sat together with the hands all intertwined; Stiles sat between his boyfriend and Lydia so that he could be holding each of their hands.

Panning the camera downwards revealed that she was wearing black trousers and a white v neck top.

"Would any of Kira's friends like to say a few words?" Mr Yukimura asked, his smile was reassuring, the group encouraged Scott to speak first, maybe it would make him feel better.

Walking up to the platform, Scott's eyes gazed over the crowd, he smiled at Kira's parents and family members, "Kira was one of my best friends, I met her outside of the hospital when there was a power cut, she helped save a lot of people that night including my best buddy Stiles" the crowd gave out 'awes' and 'oh blesses.'

"She was one of the most bad ass girls I know" Mason commented with a chuckle, "she wasn't afraid to put up a fight, which was good because we'd often have fights about stupid things and she'd have to break it up."

"I loved her like she was my own sister, a day doesn't go past where I don't miss her" Malia whispered, she was struggling to control her emotions, Scott and Corey joined her on the platform and wrapped comforting arms around her, "we'll all miss her, to us she was family and we're grateful to Theo, that he put Kira's killer away . . . forever."

Theo watched the video with tears rolling down his cheeks, he hadn't seen Issac, Jackson or even Ethan in the video, but he guessed they hadn't been able to make it and it made him feel worse that he couldn't be there either, he watched the video on further and listened to Lydia's speech, at the end of it she looked towards Kira's family and said, "Theo wished he could've been here today to give his regards to you but unfortunately, he got caught up in some personal business. Once again Mr and Mrs Yukimura we're sorry for your loss."

Five hours later . . . 

"You're sure that's where his phone was last used?" Theo seemed skeptical of Liam's last location, "what do you mean I can't go on my own? Stiles, I appreciate the concern but I can look after myself" his eyes danced back and forth over the setting sun in front of him, he listened to Stiles carefully as he explained why he couldn't travel on his own, "guess we're going flying."
