Cassandra took a step back, her eyes widening at his question.

"N-no. I don't know what you mean," she lied.

The king crossed his arms and stared at her. "Don't lie, Cassie," he whispered and pulled out something from his pocket — a very familiar letter.

Her muscles tightened, her head drawing back stifly. She felt a heavy feeling in her stomach and her heartbeat racing fast.

"Where did you get that?" She breathed out, rapidly blinking.

"I got this from Rapunzel's room," he answered and squinted with a hard smile.

"Y-you stole it!" She fumed, her mouth slackening.

"I didn't stole it... I just borrowed it," he said with a knowing grin.

Cassandra heaved a deep breath, trying to calm herself. Apparently, that letter contains all the knowledge she knew about the Godric's stone.

A powerful stone that can destroy anything in it's path once you tapped it three times to a certain thing.

"I'm going to repeat my question. Do you know where Godric's stone is?"

"No," she lied, slanting her body away from him,  her mouth going dry as she felt a lump forming on her throat.

Varian opened the letter, giving her an accusing look. "But it is stated in the letter that you visited the place and seen the stone with your own eyes." He narrowed his eyes at her, his lips forming into a thin line.

"One more lie and then your friends will get it. Tell me, where is the Godric's stone located?"

Her hands go limp, a painful lump on her throat. He's blackmailing her and she have no choice. Her sword fell on the floor creating a loud metallic sound.

"It's located at the Town of Pulo. You can go there by passing the 7 kingdoms. It'll probably take a three month journey," she explained with a toneless voice.

"Great. Then we'll leave Corona after a week," he said and headed towards the door.

Her head jerked up, her eyes widening. "What do you mean 'we'"?

He let out a chuckle. "You're going with me, Cassie. You're the only one who knows the way," he said, opening the door.

"But-" it was too late, he already left.

She slumped on the bed, her heart thudding dully in her chest. She felt like her head is spinning.

Why would he need the Godric's stone?

Her eyes widening when a possible answer popped in her mind.

Could it be...

Could it be that he's going to use it to free his father from the amber?
