I continue to run and run until the familiar building comes into view. Despite the calm setting I rush in and go to the front desk.

"Where is he?!" I shout at the receptionist. She just gives me a questioning glance. "Where's my brother?!" I shout again trying not to have a break down in the lobby.

Bakugou holds me in a tight hug to calm me down. When I'm calm again I ask, "Where is Itsuki L/n?"

"Let me see. Hmm. Oh." She just looks at me sadly and says, "He's in surgery sweety. But let me take you to the waiting area." She then stands up and leads us to the outside of the operation room. "You two can wait here." She then walks through a set a of double doors into the O.R. to notify someone of our presence.

A few minutes later she returns with a doctor. He shakes my hand and tells me to take a seat. "Your brother is going to be fine. The worst of it was an injury to the head. He has a concussion but nothing too bad. He also has a few fractures in the ribs and a broken leg." I try not to start sobbing as he tells me this.

At least he's okay, I think. The doctor goes back into the O.R. to continue with the surgery.

After another hour or so, the light turned off indicating the surgery was over. I try not to break down again as I eagerly wait for them to wheel him out. When they do I see him with bandages wrapped around his hear along with a cast on his left leg. His breathing seems a little rough but at least he's breathing at all. I walk to his room and wait for the anaesthesia to wear off.

At some point during the surgery Bakugou had to leave but he said he'll see me tomorrow at school. He's just one big softy.

After a while I hear my brother stirring awake. I immediately sit up. I see his eyes open. He looks at me and grins. Why is he smiling? Did he go crazy? What the heck is going on?

"You look like you've cried for days Tiny." Tiny is a nickname he's called me since I was a baby. I haven't heard him call me that in a long time though.

"I would cry more but I've run out of tears Itty." Itty is something I've called him since I could first speak. At the to me I wasn't able to say his actual name so I would just call him Itty.

He laughs. But then starts groaning. I can tell his ribs are hurting. The doctors may have healed that with their quirks but he's gonna be sore for a while.

"I'm just glad you're in one piece and not dead." I say. He smiles at this and ruffles my hair. I don't like it when people do that, but just this once I'll let him.

🌸.................🌸 time skip to a few day later

It's been a few days since the incident with my brother and today he's getting discharged from the hospital. I'm gonna go there after school. I'm currently in my last class and we've been left to do our own thing till the bell rings.

After a few minutes we hear the bell and people start flooding put of the classroom. But as I'm about to leave I hear Mr. Aizawa call me over. When I get to his desk I see him getting out of his sleeping bag.

"I heard what happened to your brother." He says. I nod with a sad look on my face.

"Yeah. He's getting discharged today." I say. He nods as well. He doesn't say anything else so I decide to just leave.

"I've always respected him as a hero." At this I smile and walk out the door.

I'm now at the hospital signing papers while the doctor tells him what he should be doing to get better and he told me to make sure he eats healthy. Sigh. I can try but that boy likes his ramen.

We finally exit the hospital, me helping a limping Itsuki. He tries to tell me that he's fine, but I know if I let him walk on his own, he's gonna get nowhere.

After a few minutes of walking, we finally arrive at the apartment complex. Stairs. Why does there have to be stairs. We then start hiking up the many flights of stairs to get to our floor.

It takes us a good 10 minutes, but I manage to get him to our floor. As we pass Izuku's apartment, Inko slams the door open.

"Y/n! I was so worried! The last few days you've seemed off and now I know why!" She grabs the other side of Itsuki and helps us get to our apartment. Once inside we place him on the couch.

"Thank you for your help Inko!"

"No problem dear! I'm gonna make you and your brother dinner tonight. I'll have Izuku bring it over." She's so nice!

"That would be amazing! I'm starving." My brother says. I smack his head.

"Be more polite." I scold.

"It's alright dear." uwu. She's such a saint I love her. She then walks out the door and I sit on the couch.

I start reading the instructions that I wrote down about what medicines he needs to take along with when I should change his bandages.

A few minutes later, I hear a knock on the door and Izuku walks in. "I hope you don't mind me walking in." He says nervously.

"You're fine." I say. I continue reading the doctors instructions as Izuku puts some food in the kitchen. I see Izuku walk out of the kitchen. "Izuku before you go, thank you and tell your mom thank you as well." I say with a small smile on my face.

"N-no problem Y/n." He says with a red tinted face. He then goes out into the hallway and I hear the door open and close.

When we know that Izuku's gone, Itsuki turns to me and says in a sing song voice, "Someone has a crush!" This makes me blush.

"S-so what if I d-do?!" I immediately regret saying this and my face turns even redder. He starts laughing. "Sh-shut up! Let's go eat."
