I stood by the water cooler, releasing the tap and flooding cold water into my cup. I turned to look over at the brunette that sat desks down from me. I tilted my head, a small smile emerging onto my face.

I suddenly felt the cool water on my fingertips, realizing the cup had overflown, the liquid slowly dripping out.

"Shit..." I muttered under my breath. I took a paper towel and dabbed at the small pool on the floor. Nice going, JJ.

I sipped my water as I made my way over to my desk. As I set the cup down, I plopped into my chair, turning it slightly. I leaned forward, staring towards Spencer.

"Spencer... Spencer!" I whisper-yelled, trying to get his attention. He turned, leaning forward as well.

"What is it, JJ." He sounded a little annoyed.

I stayed silent for a moment. "I'm bored." I watched as Spencer leaned back.

"You literally have so much to do." He pointed to the mound of paperwork on my desktop. "See? you can entertain yourself with that." His chair swiveled back to the original position, his elbows set down on the table. I watched as he played with his pen cap, staring down at his paper.

I rolled my eyes, regaining my original position. I leaned forward, practically out of my seat. I smiled when I looked over at Emily.

"Hey.. Em!" I whisper-yelled again. Her head turned, the dark locks swaying in the motion. It was almost mesmerizing. I snapped out of my trance when she replied to my call.

"What?" She smiled, which made my stomach flutter. She looked around before rolling her chair over to the opposite side of my desk. She leaned over the small barrier.

"I'm bored, and Spencer's providing no help." I gestured over to the brown wavy hair peeking up from his crouched figure.

"Boring." Her eyes lit up, as she got an idea. "Wanna go get lunch or something?" She checked her small wristwatch. "It's almost our break."

I smiled at the idea. "Yeah!" I picked up a few papers, straightening them out. "I'll do this stuff later..."

She pushed her way back to her desk, with a small smile. God, why was that so cute?
