A/N Haikus are 3 lined poems with 5 syllables in the first line, 7 in the second, and 5 in the last. Here is a list of Haikus(and I think 99.999999999% of them follow them 5 7 5 rule 😆)
I thought we would last,
Never thought life would be this,
Hope is lost, he's gone. The ache in my chest,
I want it to fade with time,
But only you're gone.Tide rises and falls,
The two lovers fall then fade,
Their lives always changed.Demons in the night,
They keep me up with their screams,
I just want to sleep. The soft soothing voice,
Can calm the storm inside me,
And my thoughts vanish. We dream to forget,
An escape from life, not picked,
We see all we missed. Its all uncertain,
The inevitability,
Life will always bring.Loud enough to numb,
The strong bass to help forget,
The pain of todayYou are all I need.
Chosen to help me forget,
Let me medicate.Flowers bloom then fade,
Their colors vibrant and posh,
If only they stayed.
