To be able to let yourself go
Shed your fears
Bare your thoughts
Tell others what your mind cannot
I see your strength
As you mistake as fright
You hold your head up high
With so much of life left to climb
I fear to leave
To give myself away
Vulnerable is forbidden

Hey guys, turns out my older brother goes to therapy...has been going for 2 months now and just told us.
I wrote this in admiration of his braveness to get help and then to admit to getting help.
If anyone needs help please seek it. Go to therapy, talk to a family member or guardian. A teacher or friend. Hell you can even talk to me if you need I'm always here to listen.
Please remember that you are loved, wanted, needed and enough.
Say it with me this time:
I am loved
I am wanted
I am needed
I am enough
