"Oh no!" She said quickly dialling the police.
"911 what's your emergency?"
"My friend is missing! He-he's gone and I found a small bottle that I think is the stuff that knocks you out when you pour it on a cloth and pressed to someone's mouth! I think someone broke in and kidnapped him." Mia said panicking.
The police arrived and the same officer as before was there.
"Mia, you think someone took Lee correct?"
"Yes, he started becoming paranoid and I just left him alone for an hour or so and I come back and he's gone. He would've texted me and such but he didn't."
"Alright, we'll send out a search party. We'll also contact your sister's agency and have them search every traffic cam for signs like a car speeding past a red light or coming here during the past hour. Mia nodded as she was worried sick about her friend. Emily came and investigated as she hacked into every traffic cam in the surrounding areas. They went around asking people if they've seen anything suspicious while Mia sat at home, for Emily stated that Mia could become upset. Sitting in her bed, she began to overthink.
What if he's dead. Or what if he's hurt or being beaten or something?!
Deciding that she wasn't going to sit at home and do nothing, she grabbed her keys and headed out. She went back to his house and snuck inside. Looking for any small clue, she found one. One of his windows was barely closed and appeared to be locked but wasn't. There was also a small ripped piece of clothing outside in the grass. She began to follow it as she was going to find him by herself as she was too anxious to wait for Emily's agency and for the police to find him.
