Friday. The day of our first official date. I was sick with nervous energy as I contemplated what to wear. Should it be dressy? Casual? He hadn't exactly specified where we were going for dinner, so I was a little clueless.
I decided on going in the clothes I was most comfortable with: my clingy fit nirvana long sleeved shirt, the black jeans, pink women's platform converse and of course my giant-daisy flower crown sitting on my head. I grinned at myself in the mirror, making sweater paws with my shirt.
I looked okay.
I sighed, quickly applying some mascara and concealer - obviously only a tiny bit - and then put on some pink strawberry lip balm which made my lips a teeny bit rosy but it wasn't too noticeable.
"Keep your shit together, Luke," I muttered to myself as I heard the doorbell go, signalling Michael's arrival.
I ran downstairs, feeling very apprehensive as I turned the door handle. My eyes widened at Michael wearing a tight fitting 'Metallica' t shirt and black skinny jeans, his purple hair all nicely done and fluffy looking.
"Wow," Michael whispered.
"Yeah, wow," I giggled, gawking at his body.
"Ready to go, babe?" Michael asked, holding out his arm for me to take. I took it and could only nod in response because of the way he called me 'babe'. It made me melt.

"Luke wait," Michael giggled as I was about to get out of the car.
"What is it?" I asked, sitting back down and smiling at him.
"Uh... do you wanna put this on me?" Michael asked nervously, pulling something out of his pocket. It was a flower crown, my eyes widening, "it- I guess it's my way of saying I accept you for who you are and all that-" I shut him up by pressing my lips to his, blindly taking the flower crown from his hand and slipping it on his head as I silently pulled away.
I swear to you, I went all heart-eyes emoji on him as my fingers traced the flowers on his head.
"Thank you," I whispered.
"It's nothing," he blushed cutely, "lets go, pretty boy."

I found out that Michael is the kind of guy who sits next to you in the booth instead of opposite you so he can put his arm round you and kiss your cheek.
I also found out that Michael really likes food.
"Oh my god I can't eat another bite," I groaned, giggling at Michael who was still eating his chips. We had decided to go for a meal instead of a movie because we felt like that way we could actually talk.
"Shut up Luke," Michael mumbled, his mouth still full. I giggled more at him as he finished his food and sat back in his seat, snaking his arm round my waist so I could rest my head on his shoulder, "Luke..." he said slowly.
"Yeah?" I asked, still snuggled up to him.
"I realise I haven't asked yet, um..." I pulled away and looked at him as he bit his lip, "will you be my boyfriend?" he mumbled.
"Michael," my smile grew, "you can do better than that." I giggled and he smirked at me before pulling me to my feet.
"I- I... I've never felt this way about anyone else in my life. There's just something about you that makes my heart beat a little faster, my senses fade and all I can focus on is you and every tiny little habit, every lip-bite, every time you run your fingers through your hair, it makes my stomach go all... funny... a-and when you kiss me, my whole body feels like it's on fire. Lucas Robert Hemmings will you do me the extreme honour of being my boyfriend?" he almost shouted the last part, making a few people turn their heads to face us.
"Yes," I squealed, grabbing his face and kissing his lips quickly, very conscious of PDA.
"Do you want me to take you home, boyfriend?" Michael giggled, the words sounding beautiful on his tongue, paying for the meal much to my dismay.
"Alright, boyfriend," I smirked.
"Let's go, baby," he whispered, kissing by my ear and making me shiver.
"Baby," I giggled, intwining our fingers as we walked back to his car.
"Baby," he smirked, kissing my nose, making me bite my lip and look up at him as he put his foot on the pedal.

"This was amazing," I grinned at Michael as he walked me to the door. He was smiling uncontrollably as he grabbed my hands.
"I had an amazing time," Michael whispered, pressing his forehead against mine.
"Do you wanna come inside?" I whispered half as quietly as he shrugged kissing my nose.
"Well it's only our first date, and we will probably end up making out..." Michael giggled, and I nodded happily.
"Sounds good to me though," I winked at him confidently and opened the door to my house, praying that my mum wouldn't be home, "mum?" I yelled, checking if she was home. I grinned when I saw that she wasn't and Michael smirked at me as I hurried upstairs, him smacking my ass playfully, making me squeal.
