"So... uh..." Ashton tried desperately to platonically converse with me because he'd put two and two together, due to the marks all over my neck and the way Michael was glaring at him."Luke?" Calum coughed from the other side of the room, giving me one of those looks that said what the hell is going on and why the fuck do you have love bites on your neck that weren't there a few minutes ago?
"So you and Michael?" Calum smirked, amused as he crossed his legs over. I looked over at Michael, suddenly panicking, "I always thought you were straight, dude."
"W- It's not what it looks like," I stuttered, feeling the anger bubbling up inside me because Michael was the one who ruined all of this.
"Leave the kid alone," Ashton spoke up.
"Shut up," Calum snapped, standing to his feet, "I can't even be in the same room as two fags like you." Calum spat and my eyes went wide as I timidly looked over at Michael who had his fists balled.
"Shut the fuck up," Michael warned through gritted teeth and Calum flipped him off, making for the door, "I said shut the fuck up!"
"I didn't say anything, gay boy," Calum turned round, "you're just a crime against-"
"Homophobic cunt," Michael said casually before punching Calum right on the nose.
"Shit!" I screamed as Michael punched Calum again and again, the raven haired boy going limp on the floor, "Mikey stop, stop- please please stop!" I screamed again, pulling my boyfriend away from my... now ex friend.
"No, don't, Luke let me hurt him," Michael begged, his breathing ragged and uneven as he clenched his teeth together, anger being the only expression on his face, "he's a fucking twat and he- he upset you and I just-" Michael gasped for breath, trying to calm himself down.
"Baby calm down, please," I begged, realising that in the background Calum had come-to but I prayed that he wouldn't do anything or say anything when I was so close to getting Michael back to normal.
"Okay," Michael whispered, breathing out and closing his eyes as I held onto his arms, breathing deeply as he synced his breaths with mine, eventually opening his eyes again and nodding.
"You okay?" I whispered, well aware that we had an audience of about 10 people staring at us, but for once I took no notice.
"Yeah," Michael nodded again, smiling faintly
"Fa-" Calum started but before he could finish, Ashton smothered his mouth with his hand, scowling at him.
"Stop it, dickhead," Ashton growled, "I think you should leave, Calum."
"Yeah," one of Macy spoke up with her hands on her hips, "why don't you get your homophobic ass out of this house, bitch."
"And if I don't?" Calum retorted.
"Luke I think I wanna leave before I punch his fucking face again," Michael mumbled under his breath before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the room, towards the door.
"B-bye Macy," I called back into the house.
"Bye Luke!" she shouted back, "now, Calum, why don't you think about why what you did was fucking wrong and irresponsible and explain to me exactly why I hate you." I heard her speak to Calum before I was pulled out of the house by Michael.
"I'm so, so sorry Luke," Michael choked, "I'm such a fucking dick." He pouted, shakily breathing in.
"It's okay," I mumbled, not able to hold onto the anger I had previously felt for the pierced boy.
"No it's not," Michael whined as we walked, "let me make it up to you. We'll eat whatever you want tonight and I'll do whatever you want to do later on." Michael smirked.
"O-okay," I squeaked, reaching for his hand and entwining our fingers, "let's have pizza."
"Alright, sounds perfect," Michael smiled, kissing my cheek.
