Lots of stuff happened as you were leaving the prison. Dabi refused to leave your side, claiming multiple times that he could never let you leave his sight again. It didn't help that he was forced to let you use him as a crutch, but he was bearing it remarkably well.

After all, just look at the last time he had to let you lean on him... less than a week ago.

Man, you really had to try and put the brakes on with this whole 'damsel in distress' routine.

Maybe you were a bit out of it, but you were also pretty sure that the irritating hummer from next door and Meliodas had an arm wrestle that knocked down the entire building, but that would be insane, and completely out of any power level you had ever seen...

But yeah, after that... totally hallucinated event, you basically passed out.

Eventually, you found out that it had been three days since you were abducted, and your body had begun to shut down. Dabi had to force you to drink when your body started to shut down thanks to the lack of nutrition, food came later when you woke up, but it was an interesting lesson. Your body had never been pushed that far, as far as you could remember, and using your quirk that many times with no refueling in between wrecked havoc on your body.

By the time you woke up that night, you may have been in a bad way but you were alive, which seemed like a great moto for half the crap that had happened in your life. And it was all thanks to the miracle worker that was, apparently, Hagakure.

Yeah, that came out of left-field for everyone. The teenager who was almost always glued to Diane's side knew a truly terrifying amount about human biology. When you first woke up, the new guy, Ban, absolutely tried to claim that he had basically resurrected you from the dead, but Dabi was there, and Dabi called him out on his BS in about two seconds flat.

Speaking of those two...

"Would you just fuck off already?" Dabi snarled at Ban, who was standing in front of him with a frying pan in one hand, and his other hand was brushing all over Dabi's face. The man was far taller than the patchwork quilt, and quite obviously curious about the scaring.

You were far from oblivious, but the food that bad had served you, a massive plate of ambrosia as far as you were concerned. Honestly, it was really good food, but you hardly cared, it was spicy enough to burn as it went down, and it was exactly what you needed, so you were mowing through it faster than an otaku who found a new obsession.

"Oh, am I making you uncomfortable?" The sin, who was absolutely kabedon-ing Dabi, said as his tone approached max mocking levels, "You just look so interesting with those scars. It makes you look so... dangerous. And that metal? I want to steal them and see what you look like without them."

Was he threatening Dabi? Or flirting with him? Honestly, even though you had only known the fox sin for a few hours, and the man was skunk faced drunk, that seemed like something he would do.

You swallowed hard, looking down sadly at the now empty plate. It had been so good.

"I don't think that's any of your business, you fucking pervert." Those words from Dabi sounded so much like a hissing cat that you finally tore away from the plate, any dreams of licking it clean fading.

It was interesting, Ban was drunk, but the way he stood showed no dizziness, and this hand was incredibly steady. Either he held his drink really well, or he had some magic helping him out, "Actually," You piped up, deciding to intervene for both their sakes, "Those aren't scars."

It was something you had been thinking about for a minute, between random thoughts while hanging on a wall, and random thoughts when you spaced out during one of Dabi's lectures.
