The picture is the rubber duck. It makes sense at the end of the chapter, I promise!

Trying to get Meliodas to understand your world was easier than expected. He was sharp as a tack and just as excited to learn when you started mentioning other parts of your world. There were questions he asked that you had absolutely no answer to and questions that you had to stop yourself before you gave a half-hour explanation.

At some point, Patches had slipped out, sending you a filthy look as he went.

You weren't all that concerned for him, to be honest. He had an intimidating quirk and an even more intimidating face. If anything happened, he should be able to take care of it... Unless he pissed off the wrong group of people that is... It seemed like something he would do.

You didn't move to follow him. No doubt he would come back later to yell at you, which you fully recognized that you deserved, but for now, it was easier to sit in Meliodas' Tavern with a cup of water as you answered every question he asked.

At some point, the giant, Diane, laid down by the window to ask questions and Elizabeth sat at the table next to Meliodas. They were all fully immersed by the picture you were painting, despite the fact that your knowledge was limited in a lot of ways. Sure, you could go into the structure of the justice system far more than most people your age would be able to, but then you were easily stumped by the education system and politics...

If Tenya and Tensei had been with you, you would be able to answer literally every question they threw at you, because each of your brothers found topics of expertise that you were weak in.

The day passed very comfortably in that way, and after a few hours, you were finally able to ask questions about their world, which they answered happily, painting a picture of an almost medieval ruling system.

They also danced around the fact that maybe they were part of some larger group, but every time you asked about that directly, they seemed uncomfortable and changed the subject.

It was concerning, sure, but they had been kind to you, so it wasn't like you were any place to make demands.

By the time the sun was setting, you could feel your stomach eating its way through your stomach lining, but thankfully, something else provided the distraction you needed to bring up food.

A small cough was your first sign that someone else was joining you and all eyes snapped to the stairwell, "Um..."

The figure was... Feminine... At least, you had to assume it was because there was absolutely nothing you could use to tell that besides the shirt and pants that were hovering in the air, "Where am I?"

You blinked at this for a moment before your eyes widened and you scrambled to your feet, "Are you from UA?" The gym uniform gave it away, it was the same uniform both of your brothers had when they went to school, but you needed to be sure.

Crap, you stole away a student?! At least Dabi acted like he had no one that loved him!

The uniform stepped further into the room, causing everyone from this world to cringe away, no doubt they were freaked out about this.

"Yeah... Um... Sorry, didn't I see you yelling at Iida back at the USJ?" Her voice was soft, but you could hear a happy layer behind that as if this wasn't a person that was used to being demure.

Okay, so this was one of Tenya's classmates. This was okay. You were fine.

An embarrassed chuckled slipped out of you and you awkwardly rubbed the back of your neck, "Yeah, that'd be me. Sorry, but I'm the one who got you into this situation. The name's Iida (Y/N)"
