A combination of dark sunglasses and a quick whiff of chamomile oil was your best attempt at stopping the inevitable sneezes that always came when you walked outside. Not that you thought you could delay the inevitable for too long.

Tensei knew as well, no matter how in denial he was, which is why you were wearing a tracking bracelet... It was something of a constant for you, for your safety and the sanity of your family.

Let's face it, we all are aware of how uptight your brothers could be. If he were in charge, Tenya would have you be in Quirk canceling cuffs 24/7, just to keep you safe. You all knew it, and while your parents kind of agreed with their son, Tensei fought them, ever the advocate.

Sure, the dream was to gain complete control of your quirk and stop making people worry about you, but for now, you were stuck living vicariously through your quirk and forced to keep huffing the camomile like it was a permanent marker and you were in elementary school.

This wasn't the first time you had been dragged along on a patrol. Tensei wasn't able to convince his hero agency to let you tag along often (for reasons mentioned previously), but he was able to get his way often enough that you had a pseudo-costume.

It was a jet black outfit, black jeans and a slim hoodie with well-worn tennis shoes and several leather straps that could be used as extra handcuffs (basically you were Tensei's pack mule when you went with him and your outfit reflected that). The only thing you weren't the biggest fan of was the fact that your outfit was positively covered in reflective strips.

Without them, you could easily blend in a crowd or even fade into the dark when needed, but they were there and you lit up like a landing strip every time you were even sideswiped with light.

You could care less whether they were attractive, it was just irritating to be blinded by your outfit if you looked down at the wrong time.

Perhaps that's why Tensei always got a little extra attention when you were with him (you mentally called yourself his disco ball when you were particularly cross with the sly looks you were shot), which he didn't mind nearly as much as you did.

Tensei's pace was quick and determined, an Iida trait to be sure. It was one you didn't really have, but you knew how to keep pace and you were well enough in shape to keep up. Sure, you could feel a sneeze building, as per the norm, but you knew there was a bit of time.

"Ingenium?" You said, trying to train your thoughts on something... Anything besides cars or water. This outfit dried easily, but that didn't mean you had to like getting wet.

Your brother hummed slightly, busy with waving to the people around you. He was on the clock, which meant that your kind big brother was reigned in and the hero who so many people depended on was here. You knew this and admired that about him.

He was a damn good hero, and it made you swell with pride every time someone approached him for something.

But... Well, the sneeze was getting closer, like an ominous thundercloud... Or maybe an impending car crash would be more accurate. "So, it's nothing to really worry about," You started hesitantly, "But how do you feel about going on an adventure?"

That got his attention in a heartbeat. It wasn't necessarily a code word, but the implications behind it were clear enough.

He whipped around to look at you and it was all you could to grimace apologetically before your whole face began to scrunch. For years you tried to suppress the sneezes, but it never worked. For some reason, the convulsion of your lungs in a sneeze was enough, and even there wasn't a single bit of noise, you would still be whisked away.
