When Laiya Turner a dance prodigy is practicing for her performance at the Sydney Opera House in room B a certain someone can't keep his eyes off of her.

"Come sit and I will tell you" I said walking over to the couch
"So... you know how I said I had my own news that could go change my life?" I asked
"Yea.." he said with confusion in his voice
"Well I got the answer back and it was good news.. but there is some bad news!" I replied looking down
"Well.. are you going to tell me?" He asked lifting my head
"So a while back I auditioned to join the LA international dance team and today I got the call back they want me to join!" I said smiling
"No fucking way! I am so proud of you Lay!!" Ruel said picking me up and spinning me around giving me kisses on his face
"Thank you thank you thank you" I said giggling "But let me tell you the bad news.."
"Ok.." he said sitting back down
"Well since the team is in LA, in two to three months they will be taking me out to LA and I will be traveling the world with them to all the different dance competitions until we hopefully win Internationals" I spoke with a shakey voice
"How long will you be gone for?" He asked holding my hands
"3 months" Ruels face dropped "Though a few of my comps are in Australia and if we make it to the finals then the finals are here" I said trying to make him see the brighter side
"Laiya of course I am going to miss you but I am so so so proud of you and I fully support you" He said smiling
"Thank you Ruel... b-b-but I don't want us to break up" I said with tears in my eyes
"We don't need to break up, I will come over to see when I can and when you come to Australia I will come and watch you perform and support you all the way through... and plus we still have a while until you leave so we can hang out all the time!" He said squeezing my hands
"Thank you Ruel!" I said wiping the tears from my eyes
"I love you" He whispered
"I love you"
After that emotional moment we decided to have a movie day, we watched 5 movies multiple of them being marvel movies per Ruels request. I told Ruel about the idea of our parents meeting each other and he was really excited, he texted his mum asking if they wanted to go to dinner at 'Hugos' with my family tonight and they agreed. His whole family was going including his sisters which was good cause that meant that Jacob would them family.
It was around 5pm so I decided to go get ready whilst Ruel went home. I began getting ready when I heard the door open and mum and Jacobs heads popped through my door.
"So how did it go?" mum asked
"Really good and his family can't wait for dinner tonight!" I said putting on my mascara and smiling
'Well we are excited as well" My mum said nudging my brothers arm who was on his phone
"Oh yea I am happy for you Lay" he said smiling
I got dressed into a small white dress and some AF1s, I did some light make up and put my hair up with a clip.
