"I just need to deposit this." I said gloomly giving my paycheck to the woman standing infront of me, wearing a name tag with the name 'Jolisa.'
"Sure thing hunny. You look pretty down. You doing okay?" Jolisa asked me. I lied, nodding my head. The first two weeks back at the bar wern't such a treat. On my way out of the bank, I ran into Angus. Great. I kept my head down so that he wouldn't notice me, but the anxiety hit me in the face regardless of my prominent skills of avoiding people.
I soon rested in my bed back at my so called home. I would pay a visit to my mother before my shift started, and I would be lucky if I didn't leave with tears in my eyes.
"Hey sweetie." My mother said weakly as she took my hand. "I'm so glad to see you again. I brought you something..."
"Oh mom you didn't have to-"
"No I wanted to." She reached under her bed to pull out a beautiful blue dress. I instantly smiled as I took the beauty in my hands.
"Mom it's beautiful."
"Why don't you go try it on?"
I looked in the mirror once I put the dress on. I loved it, but it was a given that wearing a dress in Angela's favorite colour would strike up emotion.
----
"Hi how can I help you?" I asked as a blonde woman sat down at the bar. "Oh wait I'm good at this. Rum and coke?""That'd be great." I fixed her up a drink, but when I came back to that side of the bar, I noticed Phil Rudd was next to her.
"Hey Phil what will it be?"
"Well I heard you were back in town. This is my wife Autumn. Autumn, this is Melody."
"Hi Autumn."
"Well if it isn't Melody." Cliff said as he walked in with the rest of the band.
