"Wow, this is amazing to watch." Mari smiled as they watched the meteor shower on a slab on rock.

"Kind of makes you realize how insignificant we are." Sokka added.

"Eh, you've seen nothing once. You've seen it thousand times." Toph shrugged.

The group gasped as one meteor came down closer than others.

"You've never not seen anything like this." Sokka said wide-eyed.

The large flaming rock flew over their heads and crashed a two or three miles away.

Jumping up onto Appa, they flew over to where the explosion had occurred, seeing that a fire had begun to spread, dangerously close to a nearby village.

"The fire is going to destory that town!" Katara exclaimed.

"Not if we can stop it." Aang replied, landing Appa.

Everyone jumped off, except Katara who took Appa's reigns from Aang. "There's a creek over there, I'll bend the water onto the fire.

"Toph, Mari. Lets make a trench to keep the fire from coming any closer." Aang directed. The two earthbenders nodded before running towards the flames.

"What should I do?" Sokka questioned.

"Uh- Keep an eye on Momo!" Mari responded as the animal flew off her shoulder to Sokka.

The three stood next to each other and began to move in the same rigid motions, causing the ground they were standing on to separate from the ground that was engulfed in flames.

Meanwhile, Katara flew in dropping water onto the fire, as Appa flew over.

Mari and Toph stomped rock folds against the flames to put it out as well, while Sokka sat in the grass and watched.

Aang, using water Katara brought to him, shot it out in a wave of icy snow, cooling down the heated earth, and putting out the remaining fire.

"Good work everybody!" Aang smiled.

Sokka popped his head out a mount of snow he'd been covered in, watching as Momo skid around the ice on his behind.

Mari laughed at the two before bending down to pick up Momo.

"These people have no idea how close they were from being roasted last night." Aang said sitting down next to Katara, Toph and Mari.

"Yeah, the worst part about being in disguise is that you don't get the hero worship."

"Boo-hoo. Poor heroes." Sokka mocked leaning against the balcony that looked over the town.

"What's your problem? You haven't even touched your smoked sea slug." Katara mentioned.

"It's just, all you guys can do this awesome bending stuff like putting out forest fires, and flying around and making other stuff fly around. I can't fly around, okay? I can't do anything." He slumped.
