The next week, Ned, Raven, Peter and Lola hung out doing different things. One day they rebuilt the Death Star, the next they studied as a group, then they had a movie night.

To say Peter wasn't enjoying this little break would be lying, he was enjoying it.  He was on his way currently to the bathroom when he ran into Liz.

"Hey."

"Hey."

"I thought you had calc fifth period?"

"Yeah but I'm helping with homecoming decorations."

"Listen, I'm sorry about the Decathlon."

"It's fine. Up until a week ago, my biggest priority was the Decathlon, then I almost died."

"I guess you have a date to the dance."

"No, I actually got so sidetracked, I forgot."

"Well....would you maybe...want to go with me?"

"Yeah, I would like that." Liz replied with a smile.

"Great, that's great." Peter said walking in the wrong direction. "My class is actually that way." Peter said turning around.

At lunch, Peter sat down across from Lola.

"I asked Liz to homecoming."

"That's great! I guess? What's homecoming?"

"You seriously don't know what homecoming is?"

"Hello! Ex-Hydra assassin. Up until two years ago I knew nothing about the outside world, except what I had to know for missions."

"Right, sorry. You know how this week has been spirit week where each day you dress a certain way?"

Lola nodded.

"Okay, well Friday is the homecoming football game and Saturday is the dance. Guys usually ask a girl they either like or are friends with to the dance and there is a homecoming queen and king announced that is chosen from people voting for them."

"Oh so it's like a big thing?"

"Yeah, well not as big as prom but it's a big thing."

"What's prom?"

"Another dance but for 11th and 12 graders. You could go if you're asked by an 11th or 12th grader though."

"So if I went to homecoming, I would need a dress?"

"Yes."

"Okay." Lola said thinking.
