ROCKY'S POV

Pagkababa ko ng kotse ay basta ko nalang tinakbo ang entrada ng headquarters namin. Lakad takbo ang ginawa ko papunta sa opisina ni Vester. 'Di ko alam kung na park ba ng maayos ang sasakyan.

Nagmamadaling nagsibalikan sa daan nila ang mga taong makakasalubong ko sana. They won't try to walk on the same isle kapag mainit ang ulo ko.

"What the -" hindi na natapos ang sinasabi niya nang itapon ko sa lamesa ang folder na hawak ko.

"You better have good explanation about this mission" may pagusbong na galit akong nararamdaman.

Nagkibit balikat lang ito bago sumagot. "He is a womanizer".

"And so? If he is a womanizer? Kinakalantari niya yung mga secretaries niya? Ano naman pake ko dun?" 'Di ko parin magets.

"Rock, I know how sensitive you are when it comes to a playboy. Sinumpa mo na ata lahat ng lalaki at mga babaero sa mundo because of your Ex. Besides, he is not just a womanizer. His employees describes him as a monster. They call him son of satan, boss from hell, mga ganun. He has the attitude," Sagot nito.

"I still don't get it. What's the connection if he is a womanizer? Why do you have to keep it from me?" tanong ko ulit nang hindi parin maliwanagan.

Nag-iba ang timpla ng mukha ni Vester. I can sense seriousness sa paligid. Mas naging seryoso ang mukha nito ngayon at tila tinitimbang ang mga sunod niyang sasabihin.

Tumayo siya at lumapit sa isang vault. He punched in some codes bago ito bumukas. Bumalik siya sa pagkakaupo sa swivel chair at iniabot sa akin ang isang folder.

Walang ganang kinuha ko ito at binasa ang naka paloob. Hindi ko pa man nababasa ng buo ay pinapaliwanag na nito ang nakasulat sa file.

One of his business associates has an illegal transactions abroad. Walang idea si Mr. Smith regarding that. Lately, that businessman had a huge fight with Mr. Smith and third, the business partner I was telling is your ex fiancé." pagpapaliwanag ni Vester.

Sabay ng mga huling salita nito ay ang mga printed pictures ng tarantado kong ex. Biglang umakyat lahat ng dugo ko because of what I heard and see. Tama ba talaga yung naririnig ko? I didn't expect this twist. Alam kong magaling na pinuno si Vester and still, I can't figure out why he is fucking doing this to me.

"What the f?! of all the people Vest, ikaw lang ang may alam kung ga'no ako ka suklam na makita ang ex fiancé ko. Are you fucking kidding me? I'm out!" bulalas ko dito. Para akong nalulunod sa galit na nararamdaman ko.
