I think one only word and this smile will define Ubbe in this situation...

"Hvitserk!!!"

Hvitserk would look from one to another and smile.

"Double fun?"

Sigurd would smile and be polite with his lover's sister. But he, of course, wouldn't pretend he is not interested in having some advantage of the fact that she has a twin sister.
