In Houston Texas, backstage. Literally sounds like I'm in the crowd, these people are loud and damn right now how to cheer.

Each and every city so far that I've been to. Are relatively the same but yet they're so different. Either the way they cheer; loudness, the type, how long. If they sing to certain songs or not. It's all so different and its just a wonderful sound to listen to. I couldn't imagine being able to go up on stage. It's so beautiful and nice to watch. From stage with their flashlights in the slow songs or their jumping figures on the hyped songs. Although I'm not actually there and I'm watching through a small TV of it. It's still a wonderful sight.

On our way to Dallas, I was once again upstairs while the rest of the guys somewhere else. Until, I hear steps coming up.

I was listening to trust fund baby, one of their songs they made. "This goes hard" I laugh "no wonder it's always played first for your setlist"

"Yeah, it's a great song to start the show off with" Daniel says, and sits on the sofa.

"It's a good song to work with choreography on" I mumble, and mentally planning the next part.

"You're doing choreography to this song?" He asks

"Yeah, gives me something to do" I shrug "we barely do rehearsals, and right now I'm just there. Until we get to the venue then I'm busy"

"Busy with what?" Zach says coming upstairs

"Busy behind stage"

"What's your schedule usually like in LA?"

"Well um. I am always at the dance studio, either teaching lessons or rehearsals for some people. Which usually takes multiple hours. I go home, if I haven't called Sydney in the morning I might do that or hang out with Jaden. If somehow they're both busy, I'll go back to the dance studio and" I pause laughing a bit "bug Tristan"

"Why do you annoy him so much?" Zach asks

"I wouldn't say annoy" I take a glance at Daniel, Zach, and now Jack. "He's just an easy target" I shrug

"There has to be a reason" Daniel says

"I don't know" I shrug "that's really it"

"No way! I don't buy it!" Zach speaks

"Well I've known him for a while. I'm very comfortable around him, plus he jokes around with me too like that. So it's only fair" I explain

"Y/n you sing?" Corbyn asks, coming up from the stairs.

"Anyone can, if they know how to speak" I shrug

"That's not with Tristan just said. He said you can actually sing"

"You called Tristan! I tried calling him and he ignored me..." I mumble "what a douche" I laugh

"Hold one, don't change the topic. You can sing?" Daniel asks

"Sure" I simply say "that's why I go to the studio and I stay there for so long" I laugh

"So you also compose?" Jack asks

"You can say that. Sounds professional, so maybe not" I change my mind and pause trust fund, obviously not going to be able to continue that. I watch as the guys all look at each other. Jonah and I the only confused ones, I kinda have the idea but Jonah just came upstairs.

"Can you sing for us?" Jack asks

"Please" Zach adds

"Yeah, not happening" I laugh

"What? Why not?" Corbyn whines

"we technically sing for you" Jack adds

"No because you guys are artist's, singers, vocalist, professionals! While I'm just a girl who can dance and started singing well recording 3 months ago" I defend

"I wouldn't say professionals" Jonah speaks

"We won't judge" Corbyn assures

"Can we at least hear something?" Daniel asks

"Yeah, you must have something recorded on your phone"

"I may or may not, but it will may not be heard" I speak

"How about like a ten second clip?" Jack offers

"Ten seconds?" I question tempted

"Without including the intro melody" Daniel says

"Mhm" I take out my phone going to my recordings, reading a few names and then going back up to one of the new ones.

"You have a lot" Daniel says looking at my phone

"No too much, these aren't composed really. None of these are over 2 minutes long" I explain and click on one. Waiting for my voice to start and then quickly counting to ten. This was definitely the quietest I've ever heard them.

"What that was not ten!" Jack says

"It's really good" Daniel says

"Let us here more!" Zach begs

"Hey, you never specified how long the ten seconds have to be" I raise my hands in defense.

"Ten Seconds!" Jack speaks saying 'seconds' louder "actual seconds" he explains

"Fine" I give in, because of how much they actually want to hear it.

"Let's do a different one, it's only fair" Corbyn adds with hope. I click on a different one, counting actual ten seconds then pausing it. "It is really good" Corbyn compliments

"What if we wrote something together?" Zach asks

"That would be cool" Daniel replies

"But probably not going to happen" I say and before they can counter. I walk downstairs because I knew we were about to stop soon in Dallas.

Once we began preparing to enter the venue. Knocks on the bus door, and we were going to go in sections. Usually I go last after the screaming has calmed down but this time I was asked to go first. I step out of the door, with a guy in black leading the way to the entrance.

"Hi y/n!" A girl says, I simply turn to her very confused on how she knows my name. I didn't bother asking her, her attention turned to the bus door opening and screams were heard. Definitely one of the boys, I laugh to myself and continuing to follow the guy and the door was opened to the venue.

While they did sound check. I took my time to go around back because back stage was filled with plenty of staff. Making sure I was away from the tour bus, specifically the screaming fans. I then finish the choreography to Trust Fund Baby.

I didn't notice until I was walking back to the venue when I got compliments on my dance skills. I politely thank them and excuse myself back in the venue.
