THIRD PERSON POV

At Pop's Pumpkin Patch, Camila landed flat on her back on top of a pumpkin. She groans as she hits the ground, looking to see the vampire who just threw her coming towards her. Quickly she clutches a squash that was lying next to her on the ground and throws it at him, hitting him in the head. From behind her, Buffy lifts a pumpkin and throws it at the vampire also. As Camila hops back on her feet, Buffy pulls out a stake and launches it at the vampire. However the vampire grabs a scarecrow and pulls it in front of him so the stake impales the scarecrow instead. From behind Buffy, Camila cartwheels over, kicking the scarecrow out of the way before roundhouse kicking the vampire - beginning hand to hand combat. 

Behind a bush nearby, a vampire holds a video camera up - watching the fight break out through the lens. The battery begins to flash, indicating a low battery and after a while the view becomes fuzzy. The vampire groans before jostling it and watching through the lens as it works again. 

Camila continues to fight the vampire, sending a hard right hand to his jaw. Buffy then proceeds to continue with a in-to-out crescent kick, however the vampire grabs her ankle and throws her into a hay wagon. Groaning, Buffy sits up at Camila grabs the vampire by the shoulders, pulling him away. He swings at her but she ducks before catching his wrists, flipping him onto the ground. As she turns to look for a stake, he grabs her ankles, dragging her to the ground with him. She groans as she hits the ground before rolling onto her back, seeing a knocked over signpost near her. Quickly she reaches for it before doing a forward roll to stand. Behind her, she can sense the vampire moving towards her so she swings the signpost around hard, hitting him flat on the cheek before impaling his chest with the stake. He bursts into ashes and Camila breathes a sigh of relief, helping Buffy down from the hay wagon. From the bushes, the other vampire lowers the camera before backing away as he watches the girls leave.

CAMILA POV

I sat waiting in the lounge for the others to arrive. I had been studying in the library with Giles during my free period and Buffy told me she would meet me here. 

"Not according to Giles. He swears that tomorrow night is, like, dead for the undead." Buffy says as they walk over to me. "They stay in." Buffy smiles, looking over at me as her and Willow sit down. 

"Those wacky vampires! That's why i love em! They just keep you guessing." Xander jokes, placing his satchel down on the table before heading over to the soda machine. He puts his coins in and hits the button, receiving nothing. To his side, Larry comes up and puts his hand on Xander's shoulder. Confused i turn to look at Buffy and Willow as they place their books on the table. 

"Want to help us go trick or treating with some little kids for halloween Cam?" Willow asks me and i shrug. 

"I mean how bad can it be?" i ask, leaning my elbows on the table, letting a stray hair fall in my face. 

"We have to wear costumes." Buffy groans and i look at her through my hair. 

"Oh then count me out. I'll hand out with Giles." i smile before hearing a commotion. Confused i turn to see Xander holding Larry's shirt collar. Larry only smiles before knocking Xander's hands away and grabbing him by the shirt with his right hand. I turn to see Buffy and Willow wide eyed. When i turn my attention back i see Larry draw his left hand back in a fist, ready for a punch. Quickly i jump up and grab his wrist, pulling it behind his back and slamming his head into the vending machine. A clunk can be heard from below. "Get gone." i growl, pulling Larry back and shoving him away - then i notice the soda can. "Oh! Diet!" i smile, grabbing the can. 

"Do you know what you just did?" Xander asks me. 

"Saved you a dollar?" i joke and i turn to see his face serious.
