Author's POV

"Alright so, good morning to everyone!" Your teacher, Miss Khan, greets with a bright smile plastered upon her face

All of you then stood up and greeted her with the same enthusiastic tone that she used. You loved her, she was the best adviser out of all your subject and past teachers. Given the fact that she holds two of your other subjects, I'd say, that's a nice combination.

Once finished with the greeting, you then sat back down and paid attention to her every word:

"So today since we're only a few days away from your graduation, let's do a splendid and well-spent activity!" She gushes, clapping her hands

Right, did I mention you were a senior? No? Well now I did:

"I have with me are different colors of soda caps. Now don't complain yet! These colored bottle caps represent a variety of emotions" She took out one colored battle cap for each of the colors

"Here we have blue, red, pink, green, yellow and orange. Blue representing sadness, red being love, pink as affection or admiration, yellow as happiness, and orange being grateful"

"The blue cap is given to someone if you want to apologize to them and such. The red, on the other hand, is a way to show your love for you know who! Pink is to be able to let someone know how much they inspire you and how much you look up to these students, or a way to say 'I like you'. Yellow is to say that you are happy for them. And lastly, orange is the one that can be your way to say how thankful or grateful you are for them" Miss Khan once again explains

Your eyes then wandered off to him once again, a small smile creeping up your face as you watched him, attentively listening to what Miss Khan was explaining:

"The activity would be each one of you getting one colored cap from all of the cap each. Once you have, you'll give them one by one to your classmates. I know that some of you feels a bit of something for your other classmates, so why not just make things easier before your senior year ends?" She smiles widely as the other students praised her kindness

"Alright! Let's start!" She exclaims

~15 Minutes Later~

You now have different colored bottle caps placed upon your table. Your other classmates have given all of theirs to some of your other classmates, while others gave you a bunch, too. They were mostly orange, yellow, and even pink! But, there were no red.

Looking at the red cap you took from the teacher earlier, you didn't mind to even give it to Mark, a.k.a. the guy you were staring at earlier and the guy who you also like. You didn't want to have high expectations that that young man was to love you.

On Mark's perspective, he looks at you while you looked at your red cap. Having an idea pop in his head, he looked at his cap and stood up, making his way to the teacher:

"Umm. Miss Khan?" He calls out, getting her attention

"Yes dear?" She smiles, looking up at him as she was sitting down

"Can I ask you for a request?" Mark asks, hopefully

"Of course! What is it that you wish for?" Miss Khan asks the young boy

~4 Minutes Later~

Mark had now gotten back to his seat, looking at you. The teacher stood up from her seat and silenced the whole class, who were now sitting at their designated seats.

She clasps her hand and took out a red cap, earning multiple gasps from your classmates, some gushing about a student liking her:

"Alright everyone settle down now! So, a certain student in this class have requested me to do something special for his lover" She says, smiling gleefully

You looked through the window, not really caring of who it was suppose to be, already assuming that it wasn't meant for you:

"I do hope this certain student who Mark loves will accept his red cap, and maybe even return him the favor" As soon as you heard his name, your head immediately looked forward, eyes widened

Whispers then began to spread across the classroom. Considering that Mark was one of the top students out there and was popular, I'd say, it's nothing new. You sighed in distress, already knowing it wouldn't be you.

There were already a lot of girls who were dreading to be the one Mark was addressing. You once again looked back at the window, not caring at all:

"Y/N! You have received a red cap" She smiled

Your eyes once again widened as you looked at Miss Khan, her hand sticking out, the red cap in her palm. You looked at her, unsure, it's gotta be a different Y/N- I mean, you may not be the only Y/N in the class.

She raises a brow at you and urges you to get it. Now standing up, you then walked up to her and gently took the cap. Sighing, you faced the front and took your red cap:

"Mark! You have received a red cap!" You shouted, smiling playfully

He smiles widely, jogging towards you and taking the cap in his hands. The class then shouted as he began to swung you in his arms, with Miss Kina taking a picture with the two of you and the class.

Who would have thought you'd end up together with just a soda cap?
