It's been a month since that painful day. The same day tae had called jimin and told him everything. He was tired of crying and didn't want jimin to bother much so he just told him over the call. He was not okay but he didn't want any company. He wanted to deal with it on his own. Something about not being in the comfort of other people's words, just simply not doing anything about it and letting everything flow on it own, brought him peace.

Tae and jungkook both were now at home, while tae was busy watching some kdrama, jungkook wasn't doing anything. As much tae was hurt and in pain, jungkook regretted every single thing he did. But tae was doing fine now. He still feels like running to jungkook and hugging him but then he realises that jungkook doesn't love him. Even after everything, tae doesn't hate jungkook, he can't even if he tries to.

He feels like a fool for falling so easily for jungkook, for sitting at jungkook and acting that way he did. He would remind himself that it's not jungkooks fault, that they weren't even dating, they just liked each other and it's not in their hand if one falls in love and the other doesn't. Jungkook can be with whoever he wants to and can do whatever he wants you. It's fine tae.. He would tell to himself.

But it wasn't.

Jungkook was at fault, he hid things from tae, he felt like a player. He sure as hell was attracted physically to jenny but that was just it. What he felt with tae was different, tae made him happy, kept him happy, always supported and loved him and he just let lust take over his feelings. He was guilty, he wanted to make it right. Even though tae had ignored him for a whole month, he can't but want to just go and hug him.

Jungkook came out of his room and saw tae watching a kdrama on TV and so not knowing what to do he just sat beside him leaving a good amount of space between them.

Taes heart started thumping faster when jungkook sat beside him. Over the past month, whenever jungkook would come where tae was, tae would walk away not wanting to be with him in the same room but today he didn't want to do that, he missed jungkook a lot and so did jungkook and they sat and continued watching the show.

"tae...when will you learn that, that's my pouffe not your table to keep snacks on" jungkook said involuntarily not realising that they weren't on talking terms

Taehyung snapped his head towards jungkook who was busy watching the show, they hadn't spoken or even said anything to each other, it was limited to just words and only when necessary.

"I-I.. I..am...sorry." tae said slowly not knowing how to make a conversation.

"tae can we atleast talk? Look if you're that uncomfortable with me being here, then I can just move out" jungkook said and tae didn't want that. He didn't want to talk to him but him moving out? He didn't want that

"no.. I mean.. We can talk" tae said nervously.

"okay bub" jungkook smiled a little at that and taehyungs heart fluttered on hearing that after so long.

Koo...Is it that difficult to love me?

Jungkook's phone rang and he quickly answered it

"hello jenny" jungkook said and tae felt as if he wants to slap jungkook hard

"no.. I'm busy right now" jungkook said after sometime.

"I'm not interested jenny. I'm sorry" jungkook said and cut the call in irritation when he turned and saw tae was looking at him.

"umm.. She wanted to go shopping" jungkook said not knowing why was he explaining tae this.

"umm...yea okay... I don't wanna know" tae said shifting his gaze
