Chapter 2

Eli's POV

I woke up at 6:00 am, mamayang 5pm pa naman ang start ng event but we'll have dry run at 8am. Lumabas ako ng kuwarto and I saw Lucas cooking our breakfast, at mukang naka ligo nadin.

He slept on my guestroom last night.

"Maliligo lang ako." Paalam ko at tinanguan niya lang ako habang naka tingin sa niluluto.

Pumasok ulit ako sa kuwarto at dumeretso na sa sa cr. Nag suot ako ng black hugging spaghetti strap dress with a slit on the side and a black stilettos. May after party mamaya that's why I chose to wear this.

Pagkalabas ko nakaupo na sa dining table si Ethan at inaantay nalang ako lumabas. I sat infront of him at tinignan ang niluto niya, he cooked a sunny side up egg with a toasted bread on the side and of course a coffee.

"Are you coming sa after party mamaya?" I asked.

"Yes, I already booked our flight tomorrow morning at 4:00am." Sabi niya na ikinagulat ko.

"Oohh." Sabi ko nalang at kumain na.

After we ate nag punta na kami sa venue.

"Lucas! My God Lucas! Why aren't you here yesterday huh?! You're one of the finale." Salubong ng manager namin.

"Come on Teddy do I really have to rehearse? Haven't you forgotten I'm o-" bago pa niya matapos ang sinasabi niya hinila ko nalang siya papuntang backstage.

"Napaka yabang mo talaga." Sabi ko habang umiiling iling

"I'm just telling the truth Eli dapat nga pati ikaw hindi muna sinasayang oras mo sa kaka rehearse, come on! Eli Davis? Nakikisabay sa rehearsal ng mga bagong hired models? Come on! You're too high for that. And besides magaling ka na naman why need to practice?"He groaned.

"I'm not like you Lucas, you know me I'm a perfectionist. I don't consider mistakes." I said while putting my black chain chanel bag on the couch.

There are rooms here each room consist a three models and since I'm one of the finale's dalawa lang kami dito sa room, just me and Charlotte. Kaya hindi na ko sinagot ni Lucas at dumeretso nalang sa asigned room for him.

We rehearsed until 12:00pm, and by 2:00 pm dapat nakabalik na kami dito. Me and Lucas decided to eat lunch on a nearest mall.

"We shouldn't drink much later maaga ang flight natin for tomorrow." Sabi ni Lucas habang kumakain ng salad.

"Pwede namang hindi tayo pumunta pero ikaw? If you wan't we can drop by." I said.

"Alright magpakita nalang tayo, drink a little and just go home."

After we ate nag ikot lang kami saglit then dumeretso na sa venue. Time check it's 2:00 pm, 3 hrs from now mag sstart na ang event. The make up artist started to put color on my face, later I will be wearing a deep back less floral beach dress with a high cut on the side and a summer floppy beach hat. My hair is down with small curls on the end napangiti ako ng makita ang final look ko.

Natapos kami ng 3:30 and I decided to go out of the room. Nakita ko si Lucas he is wearing a floral polo shirt matched with a khaki shorts. His polo is unbuttoned revealing his six pack abs together with his cowrie shell choker and a wayfarer for his eyewear.

When it's 4:30 the organizer lined up the models and kami ni Lucas ang nasa hulihan.

The event started at exactly 5:00pm the models start to walk on the runway and when it hits the finale agad na lumabas si Charlotte isa sa mga sikat na model not only here in New York but also in other countries. Apat kami na asign sa finale two girls and two boys, pangalawa ako sa lalabas.
