Chapter 14

Eli's POV

I woke up early today para mag gym as usual, I saw Renz there at sanay na naman ako. After doing my morning routines ay pumasok na ko sa work, I'm wearing a gray checkered pantsuit and white tube top. Today is the board meeting and I don't want to be late.

Nang makarating na sa opisina ay nag tungo na agad ako sa conference room at nag prepare na for my presentation.

When it's already 8am in the morning the conference room got filled by the boards. Si Renz ang nasa kabisera kaya malapit siya sakin habang nag ppresent ako.

"Goodmorning everyone, I would like to introduce myself. I am Elianna Samantha Davis daugther of Thomas John Davis, I'm the current COO of the company." Pakilala ko at nagsimula na sa presentation.

"First is I wan't to renovate the clubhouses of our 2 real estate here in Manila, the 500sqm clubhouse will be a small club for the 700sqm we will going to just change it's interior into a eye catching one. So what are the needs, we should hire a company engineers and architects also add a warehouse and logistics department. I know it's a big investment but I think that it surely help our company grow more, pwede natin magamit in the future ang hired engineers and architecs for another project like house constructions. This project is not just for the people who lives at our subd but also for our future clients, surely it will attract more bachelors or other young people who seek for a property." I said.

Nag taas ang isang matandang lalaki.

"Don't you think it's a lil bit risky? Some of young rich people prefer going out on a high end clubs and are you sure na lahat ng nakatira sa Casa Grande ay mag eenjoy diyan sa project na yan. You know hindi lahat ng kumukuha ng property o nag papatayo ng bahay sa Casa Grande ay puro bachelors or some mid 20's some are old couples or families."

"Yes I know about that but we know na may iba pading pamilya na nag hahanap ng perfect subdivision for their family with that kind of offer mas ma eengganyo sila na kumuha ng property sa Casa Grande. Coz it's not all about having a property in some well known subdivision it's also about entertainment being in there. At ang ibang bachelors or young rich people ay may choices it's either they would go far away to find a high end club or just in a small club around their subd that will surely make them feel rich."

"I agree to what Miss Davis proposal I know that it will surely benefit the company besides business ia about taking a risk. Maganda din yung idea niya sa pag rerenovate ng 700sqm clubhouse, kung mas mapapaganda ito mas maeenganyo naman ang ibang pamilya o ibang matatandang mayaman na kumuha ng property dito while the bachelors and rich young people is duon sa club maeenganyo." Sabi naman ng isang kaedaran ko ding kasama sa board.

"Exactly! And hindi naman masasayang ang pag hahire natin ng company engineers and architects because we can make a new project for them to function. Pwede tayong mag house construction, bagong bago ito sa Casa Grande dahil kung ngayon lupa lang ang binebenta pwedeng in the future ay bahay at lupa nadin. With a great interiors hindi na mahihirapan ang ibang clients na maghanap ng magandang design o magpagawa pa ng bahay kasi it's already given. It's a big investment pero doble o triple naman ang makukuha natin pabalik if we go on for this project." Dagdag ko pa.

"What can you say Renz?" Tanong ng isang matandang businessmen.

Agad na nalipat ang mata ko kay Renz na nakatukod ang siko sa lamesa habang hinihimas ang baba na parang may pinag iisipan.

"That is a nice proposal Miss Davis, I didn't expect that you have potential in Business field. I agree with Mr. Cruz that it's really risky we wouldn't know if papatok ba ito because some prefers a high end club but I agree with the 700sqm clubhouse's renovation. Pwede naman nating unti untiin kahit na may enough funds tayo ay dapat na mag ingat padin tayo. We will hire a company engineer and architect together with their teams for the renovation of 700sqm clubhouse and for the 500sqm it's still undecided."
