Ever since that day, gap between Mew and Kana grow bigger. They barely talked to each other and since Kana's parents are not home he stayed at their room. He keeps his distance from Mew, because every time he was near with him his heart was aching and he can't stand the pain he felt. Kana was crying every night just to fall asleep, and Mew knows it, he wants to comfort him but how will he do that if he was the reason behind Kana's tears. It also hurts Mew to see Kana in that state, he stared at Kana who is lying in bed while listening to his crying voice. The tears from Mew's eyes started to fall down he covered his mouth with his hand and he never let a single sound to escape.
Gustong-gusto ni Mew na maglakad palapit kay Kana, yakapin ito ng mahigpit at sabihin kung gaano niya ito kamahal. Pero patuloy pa rin niyang pinipigilan ang kanyang sarili na huwag itong gawin. Dahil para sa kanya, ito ang mas makakabuti para sa kanilang dalawa. Kaya hinayaan na lang niya si Kana at bumalik na sa kwarto niya. Paggising nila pareho silang may namumugto mga mata.
" Susunduin ka ba nila Rhem at Ayen mamaya?"- tanong ni Mew.
"Hindi"- tipid na sagot ni Kana.
"Sumabay ka na lang sa akin"- tumango lang si Kana kumuha siya ng tinapay at nagtimpla ng kape pagkatapos ay muli siyang umakyat sa kwarto.
Today is Light's birthday he's Arhys boyfriend. Mew and Kana was invited it will be held at the beach. Mew went to Kana's room to ask him prepare his stuff but he was sleeping so Mew didn't bothered to wake him up. So he do it by himself he only wakes him up when it's time for him to take a bath. It was a long drive and both of them are quiet, Kana turn on the radio all the played songs are sad love songs so he turned it off and decided to take a nap. It's obviously that he was avoiding talking to Mew. When they finally arrived at the said place Rhem and Ayen was waiting for them in front of the resort. When Kana saw Light he greeted him.
"Happy Bithday Kuya Light"- he said and he gave his present to him.
"Thank you Kana. Eh ikaw asan ang regalo ko"- Light said.
"Tsk"-Mew said as he put his hand in his pocket and he brought out two tickets it was a travel ticket to Palawan.
"Nice! Hahaha you're the best Mew"- Light said at inakbayan si Mew. While they are catching up to each other, Rhem and Ayen take Kana inside the resort to explore the place.
"So how's our bestfriend?"- Rhem said. Kana shrugged at him and he take a deep sigh.
"Hmmm, ano ba naman 'yan may heart problem ka pa rin? I know na mahirap mag move on pero siguro naman pwede mo subukan di ba, kahit dahan dahan"- Ayen.
"Oo nga naman Kana, lalo na at alam mo naman na yong tunay na nararamadaman sayo ni Kuya Mew"-Rhem.
"Sinusubukan ko naman eh kaso masakit talaga na di niya ako kayang mahalin. Tapos magkasama pa kami sa iisang bahay, minahal ko na kasi siya ng sobra at hindi naman agad mabubura yong pagmamahal ko na iyon. At oo aaminin ko, kahit na alam ko na yong totoo umaasa pa rin ako na sana magustuhan niya rin ako hindi lang bilang kapatid"- sagot ni Kana at gumuhit sa kanyang mukha ang kalungkutang nadarama niya.Tinapik naman siya sa balikat ni Rhem.
