7 He Thought, His Reason

Kana woke up with a smile in his face but a little bit nervous. He turned to the right side of the bed to look at Mew's face but he was no longer there. He heard the rustling water coming from the shower. Kana smiled as he knew that Mew was in the bathroom. He waited patiently while smiling and giggling; he was like a little kid waiting for his present. When he heard that Mew is done taking a bath, he immediately went to the front door of the bathroom full of excitement. When Mew came out he immediately greeted him.

"Good morning Bro!"- Kana.Mew just nodded at him with a cold look in his eyes, then he went straight to the closet. Kana was surprised at Mew's behavior he would still like to approach him again but he decided to do it later. So He went to the bathroom to take a shower, his mind was occupied, he was thinking about why Mew act like that. The scene from last night flashed in his head. He got the idea, that maybe because he didn't do it with him, that's why he was sulking. Kana smiled mischievously, he wondered what he would do for Mew to lighten up his mood. After he took a bath he went to dining area to eat his breakfast, when he's about to ask where Mew is, his dad spoke.

"He already went to his car he said he had no appetite.Take your time to eat he'll wait for you"- Kana's Papa said then he took a sip of his coffee.

"I'll just take this sandwhich, bye"- Kana left immediately and went straight to Mew's car.

"What are you doing here? What about your breakfast?"- Mew asked with his cold voice. Kana just raised his sandwich in front of him. After that Mew started his car engine, along the way no one is talking. Kana keep on looking at Mew's serious face trying to approach him.Kana was waiting for him to look at him, and finally Mew noticed Kana.

"What?"-he asked.

"Uhm, about last night"- he said with his shy face. Suddenly, Mew stepped on the brake, he started talking while not looking at Kana.

"It was a mistake, nawala ako sa wisyo ko and I'm sorry for doing that wala lang iyon. So let's just forget about it and act like nothing was happened"- he didn't wait Kana to response he just started his car engine again and drove. Sa buong biyahe tahimik ang dalawa, walang nagpangahas na muling magsalita. Si Kana naman mukhang gulat na gulat at di pa rin makapaniwala sa kanyang narinig. Di niya namalayan na nakarating na sila sa school at kanina pa tinatawag ni Mew ang pangalan niya.

"Hey Kana? Kana! We're here"- Mew said while shaking Kana's shoulder. When Kana was finally got back to his senses, he got off the car without saying anything to Mew. And Mew did not bother to speak.

Buong araw lutang si Kana at hindi makapag-focus habang nagpapaenroll sila. Dahil patuloy pa rin niyang naririnig na tila ba isang echo yong mga sinabi ni Mew.Hindi rin siya sumabay umuwi kay Mew dahil inaya niya ang kanyang mga kaibigan na lumabas.

"Hoy Kana ano ba kanina pa kita tinatawag ah!"- Ayen.

"Huh? Ano 'yon?"- Kana.

"Anong order mo? Ano bang nangyayari sayo?"-Rhem.

"Ay sorry sorry, isang dark chocolate frappe at orange cake"- order ni Kana. Humanap naman sila ng mauupuan habang hinihintay yong in-order nila.

"Ui may nagawa akong bagong kanta makinig kayo ah"- agad namang hinawakan ni Ayen ang gitara niya at isa-isang pinatunog ang bagting ng kanyang gitara.
