"You can do it, Kookie."

Jungkook lost count of all the times his best friends Jimin and Taehyung said that to him today."I don't think I can, guys." The normally-confident teen pouted as he was struggling to have his typical mindset. He was always the type to just go for what he wanted, never letting failure be an option. He studied hard to get good grades, did well with sports, and had the great reputation of being an all-around good guy. So why was this confident guy having issues?

"Just tell him how you feel." Jimin said with such an encouraging tone."If it works out, you'll feel so relieved afterward."

"But if it doesn't work out, I'll feel like such an idiot." Jungkook had such a big crush on a guy who attended the local university and didn't know if he should confess. He didn't know that guy's sexuality. For all he knew, his crush could be straight."Do either of you even know if he's into guys or not?"

Taehyung and Jimin glanced at each other before they both shrugged."No clue, but it can't hurt to tell him that you like him. Yoongi-hyung is rather popular with the girls, but he turns them all down, so he might not like girls."

"Or he could be turning them down because he doesn't want a girlfriend to distract him from his studies." That seemed reasonable to Jungkook."Isn't he in the same advanced classes as Namjoon-hyung? That's got to be tough."

With a sigh, Taehyung leaned against Jungkook and hooked their arms together."Kookie, seriously. Just tell him how you feel. You're not going to stop worrying about it until you get it done. It might work out; it might not. That's just life. We all go through moments like this."

"Not you two." Jungkook said with a roll of his eyes."You two are pretty happy together. I want that sort of thing."

"It wasn't as easy as you think." Jimin smiled fondly at the memories that entered his mind.

The memories were rather fond for Taehyung as well."Jimin rejected me twice. The first time, he said he was too focused on studies to date. The second time, his parents were talking about possibly moving, so he didn't want to date just in case he had to move away, which I'm so glad he didn't end up moving."

"Wow, you kept asking him out even though he rejected you?" This was something Jungkook had never been told before.

"Taetae is persistent, and I like that about him." Reaching over, Jimin grabbed one of Taehyung's hands."So you can tell Yoongi-hyung how you feel about him, Kookie. You're not asking him to marry you. You're not even asking him for a kiss. You're just going to tell him that you like him and ask if he can return the feelings. It'll be okay."

Looking at his best friends, Jungkook knew that they weren't going to stop encouraging him until he did it."Fine. I'll tell him how I feel. I'll do it, uh, after school. We're going to Namjoon-hyung's apartment, right? I think Yoongi-hyung is going to be there."

Taehyung gave a nod of confirmation."Yeah, Hoseok-hyung invited us over. He used to be my neighbor, so we still like to invite each other over a lot."

It made Jungkook happy to know that all of his friends had dates. He did find it a little funny that they all seemed to swing the same way, mostly. His two best friends were dating, and their other friends Namjoon and Hoseok were dating. Though, Jungkook was sure that Namjoon was bisexual, not gay like him. Anyway, he had brought it up one time that he thought it was funny that they all had similar sexualities, aside from Yoongi, whose sexuality had never been brought up before. It had made him laugh when Jimin said that the gays had to stick together. It also made sense though when Namjoon had gone on a tangent about the amount of homophobic people in their population."Where does Yoongi-hyung live anyway? Namjoon-hyung and Hoseok-hyung live close to the university for convenience, but I have never been told where Yoongi-hyung lives. Does he live in the university dorms?"
